I've got no doubts in my mind when it comes to a faction under the leadersip of @risen - those who aren't tagged don't need to be tagged but you know you're just as important.

Some sort of way to peddle drugs through NPCs otherwise what ends up happening is it just gets sold from player to player endlessly.
