  1. The West Side (W/S) Rollin 60s (R60) Neighborhood Crips (NHC), also known as the "Neighborhood Rollin 60s" (NH60s) as well as the "Rich Rollin 60s" (RR60s) or "Score Gang" are a long standing and infamous African American street gang based in the Glen Park area in west Los Santos, San Andreas. In 1976, the Rollin 60's formed as a faction of the original West Side Crips gang after it began to splinter into more geographically specific neighborhood groups. There are different theories on how the name of this gang came about since, at the time of its conception, many of the gangs were named after the streets within their respective neighborhoods. One theory was that 60th Street "rolled" through the entire neighborhood, which today extends 27 blocks from Slauson Avenue in the north to Florence Avenue in the south, and from Western Avenue in the east towards Overhill Drive in the west. Authorities believe the Rollin 60’s membership stands around the 1,600 mark, making them the largest African American street gang in all of Los Santos County. Members are known to sport Seattle Mariners baseball caps with the letter β€œS” which represent Sixty or "60’s Crip". Members are also identified by tattoos and use a variety of different hand gestures (or gang signs) to represent their gang; the most common being the "deuces" but with a thumb (2 fingers and a thumb). Since their sheer numbers gave them an advantage in most conflicts, the Rollin 60's have gained a multitude of enemies over the years, their most heated and long standing rivalry being with the Eight Tray Gangster Crips to the East on Western Avenue. The war between the Rollin 60s and Eight Tray Gangster Crips is deep rooted in antipathy and has been going steady for over thirty years. At one time, the Rollin 60’s and the Eight Tray Gangster Crips were close allies and often fought rival gangs together. However, by the early 1980s, they were engaged in all out warfare. In September 1979 a 15-year-old member of the Eight Tray Gangster Crips got into a fight with a teenaged member of the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips over a girl who had been dating both young men. In a subsequent fistfight between the two teenagers, a new recruit to the Eight-Trays, eager to make a name for himself, pulled a gun and shot the Rollin 60's member to death. The older brother of the 60's member who was killed, also a member of the Rollin 60's himself, demanded that the Eight Trays hand over the new recruit to be punished in order to prevent a war between the two gangs. The Eight-Trays were unable to find the new recruit (who was actually from an area now controlled by the Rollin 90s Neighborhood Crips) for he had already turned himself in to the police. The Rollin 60's, feeling that the "Trays" weren't being honest, murdered a member of their gang in retaliation. Although a meeting was called by the leaders of both gangs in an attempt to end the fight, tensions were so high between them that the meeting erupted into a gang rumble, after which the Rollin 60's and the Eight Tray Gangster Crips engaged in a gang war that still exists to this day. This rivalry is responsible for being the first Crip on Crip rivalry in history. Over time, the feud spilled over into surrounding neighborhoods, forcing other gangs to chose sides in the conflict. Gangs who aligned themselves with the Rollin 60’s adopted the "Neighbor Hood Crips" or Deuce (2x) card while those who aligned themselves with the Eight Tray Gangster Crips adapted the β€œGangster Crips” or Tray (3x) car. In addition to their Gangster Crip and Hoover Criminal rivalries, the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips are naturally hostile towards all Bloods. The Rollin 60's are friendly towards most gangs under the Neighbor Hood Crip and the Rollin 0's car. However the Rollin 60's and all the Rollin 0's were close during the 1980s but that is not the case today as they are in recent conflict with the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips. In 2003 City Attorney filed a gang injunction against the Rollin 60's Crips and they had specified 31 men that were members of the 60's, but some have suggested that the Rollin 60's were being unfairly targeted and some mentioned that the injunction included individuals that had not had police contact in years. The Rollin 60's are considered the largest and most powerful set in the Neighbor Hood Crips alliance. West Side 60's. Beside it, a hand throwing up the traditional gang sign for "Neighbor Hood Crips", which is what the letters "N" and "H" stands for. Beside it is a list of their enemies: "BK" stands for "Blood Killer", "HK" for "Hoover Criminal Killer" and "3K" for Tray Killer.
