Neither, find out in character.

It could work if there's enough interest and some balance to prevent it from turning into nonstop deathmatching. I'd be down if it stayed roleplay-focused and not just random chaos.

The faction aims to accurately and fairly portray a group of white, and Mexican kids between 13-16 years old, who have been influenced by White Fence 13. Character development is the foundation of the faction, as we want all faction characters to have well-illustrated traits and each have their own particularities. Upon joining the faction, members of the faction's high council are allowed to give you CK whenever they deem it necessary. For information regarding joining the faction (e.g., the Discord server), it is recommended that you send a PM to @Hoodstyle. We accept, for the most part, any member with a minimum of roleplay. The only requirement imposed by the faction for roleplaying with us is that all your actions take place ICly, avoiding the use of OOC chat (/b) as much as possible. Through this faction, we are trying to show that roleplay can be fun even if we don't include so many wars, shootings, and so on. Roleplay can be fun because you have a family besides gangbanging, you have high school, you have a mother or father or in some cases both, you can be punished by them depending on what you do in character and so on. The faction is based mostly on character development, and most of the time you won't see us making money from one thing or doing just one thing. We try to diversify things and make the roleplay as realistic as possible. For more information, you can send a PM to unknownmember0 on Discord or on the forum @Hoodstyle The Mexican Mafia is an egalitarian organization in the sense that it is not led by a single leader. A criminal syndicate in the truest sense of the word, the Mexican Mafia operates from within the prison walls throughout the state of San Andreas, with its reach extending beyond the walls and directly into the streets of Los Santos. Its ranks consist of members of the Surenos gang, who surrender their autonomy to the Mexican Mafia. This method of recruitment allows the Mexican Mafia to choose the worst, strongest, most determined, and most fearsome individuals in the San Andreas prison system to work both inside and outside the prisons. In prison, the Surenos program, known as "Southern Car" or "Southern United Raza" (SUR), recruits not only Surenos members, but also unaffiliated Hispanic inmates. Any individual who identifies as a Sureno aligns himself with the Mexican Mafia. Members of the Mexican Mafia are limited, in most cases, to Security Housing Units (SHU) programs due to the organization's Security Threat Group (STG) status. Inmates identified as bona fide members of the organization are not allowed to share the General Population Yard with other inmates in an attempt to reduce the Mexican Mafia's influence on the main lines of US prisons. The organization has since used "llaveros" or "key holders," who are individuals who represent one or more caras in these yards.

Roleplay Summary — It's late at night and Melanie planned to smoke before bed, but the munchies took over and delayed her from going to sleep. Luckily a local spot called La Taqueria is still open for a little while. She quickly gets dressed and steps out, choosing not to take the main road since there are rumors about 38ST getting into it with a rival gang. She would rather not walk into anything by accident, even though she isn’t involved. Gangway / Local Food / Abuela’s Protection. Murals / The Daughters of Aztlán. Next Day / Leño Smoking. Being Pressured / Going Back Home.
