This isn’t even me shitting on lsrp but these concepts are old and dated. Turf maps? We’re in 2024. Gun/drug limitations are fine I guess but how do drugs effect a person and what’s the pros to using it. That should be the focus. Otherwise it won’t matter how you work the distribution i remember reading a post about drug effects, but I also remember it being minimal and didn’t even cover the vast scope of drugs on the server you guys could barely hold 1 server together and now you’re gonna offer 2 servers with the same recycled ideas. You need to innovate and shift your focus on things that’ll attract GTAW/unknown players. It is what it is, this is your competition. What do I know though, speaking the truth gets you banned

the fact that i commented yesterday that one of the biggest factions that held this shit up left for another server and my comment got deleted randomly, without reason says a lot. yall keep doing the what ifs, change this, alter this, none of that will work. The mgmnt doesnt care point blank end of story. Me and my guys put hours of great rp into this shit and the leadership (most not all staff members) ruined it. again, you can put makeup over an ugly face and call it beautiful but you're not fooling anyone. The PB says it all and you're banned/punished for even saying a small fraction of truth that contradicts what the mgmnt deems appropriate. Read Mahittos comment that shit is exactly the reason people arent coming back here.

Everyone who commented on this post literally makes up the PB right now LSRP isn’t a top tier roleplay server anymore. It’s a haven for the shit RPers who couldn’t hack it on SAMP so they culminate on here because it’s easy to portray low quality RP without the stress of being chastised for it. Hence why the decent and/or better players left. You guys can keep jerking each other off trying to figure out how to fix a broken system going up an uphill battle. But hey, at least you’re having fun though, more power to you.

If I'm to be 100% honest? None of this back and forth matters for the simple fact that I guarantee you we're speaking amongst ourselves with no staff awareness. That in all is our big problem. The inconsistency, lack of updates, lack of care for the community and the egregious amount of time it takes for aspects of the server to be handled i.e reports/requests... None of this bullshit will change until our leadership does point blank. We need more goddamn updates, we need more implementation, and we can sit here and jerk each other off and act like it's happening behind the scenes (that's what developers and staff keep telling us) while we sit here with 0 updates and/or additions and constant server issues. And for those who will reply with, "aDDiNg mOrE uPdaTeS WoNt fIX tHe pRobLeM", yes it will. People like features, people like to enhance roleplay WITH script wide features, this is a fundamental fact. We can sit here and keep circle jerking or actually have a solution which I doubt when a high majority of our staff don't seem to care as much as the players do (because if they did we'd be having updates/meeting every week, but we don't and it's all rhetoric).

As far as your question, that's up to you guys in the case that we were to remove one. I could care less, the job is the same ultimately which is the legal enforcement of law and order. So whether it be just LSSD or LSPD I think we should focus on one entity right now. Also, I agree with what you said as far as lowering police count. We can't disregard these players who put in time and work. As a player outside of LE (something YOU guys don't see), I encounter way more police than I do the average role player on any given day, tbh. I go to Strawberry/Davis and see more cruisers than gangs. Am I being biased? Idk. I'm purely giving you my observations. Regardless, I think it's a valid argument to say that the amount of LE players vs every other player is a little excessive, and breaks immersion many times. I don't know the solution. I come in-game and role play to my best ability and that's how I contribute to the progression of this server. I found myself as a dedicated player finding it extremely hard (the will to want to come ig and produce some form of RP) to do that for many reasons and something needs to change, that or maybe I'm just the issue but by the looks of this topic I don't think this is it if everyone has similar sentiments.

That's not the point brother. We're trying to improve the quality of this roleplay and MANY players have said the same thing over and over. Answer this: Do you think the current roster of LE players is overinflated in correlation to our current PB? I tend to agree with what someone previously commented, I don't know why we have LSSD and LSPD with such a small PB. We should remove LSSD as a whole and just focus on LSPD until player count grows. What are your thoughts on this?

Anytime LE related complaints are brought up you seem to always have a some sort of justification or defense as to why said issue is wrong and LE is in fact not in any way a "problem". There's too many cops on this damn server, maybe you should try to be more open to criticism instead of constantly making excuses for this over inflated LE.

I got 135 minutes of prison time for an expired registration and expired license (this being before the update where the time to renew was made longer) you’re gonna sit here and tell me that law enforcement isn’t an issue? Not all LE role players are bad but to try and act like the police aren’t part of the problem is exactly that… the problem. I can literally pull up my discord since this server started where active players complained about the police, some incidents so ridiculous they left for other servers or quit in general. No one is targeting our LE but changes need to be made and if you’re gonna sit here and defend that without an open mind then I can see why this server has gone downhill in just 3 months.

Big no for me. I guarantee you if developers were more frequent with the updates, I.e one or two small ones every week and one or two major updates a month, then people would flock back to LSRP purely for nostalgia, because the server wasn’t great because of SAMP, the community made it great.

A couple of suggestions: 1. A new and improved LSRP trailer or video. Once this is done, all players should be incentivized (I.e. something free like a month of premium or 2 free name changes) to send the video to their former friends/groups whom would fly back to the nostalgic roleplay LSRP has to offer. 2. Weekly updates. Like you’ve stated in your post, you guys are busy with real life and acknowledge the lack of updates. If you can throw out 2-3 smaller, less difficult updates a week and 1 major one a month for the next 6-8 months I guarantee you PB would rocket and those whom moved to GTAW will flock back to reminisce the glory days of this community. This will take a little more dedication from the development team, buts it’s needed, point blank.
