How many times in their existance have they taken out a weapon in a public place? 1 or maximum 2 times unlike everyone else, the city has cameras on every corner, cameras in front of the clubs where you kill people, all of that is recorded they dont need to see a weapon right now for there to be a chase, it could be an act from 1 month ago, but noone bases their RP such a thing anymore because of the poor RP if illegals, all illegals are RPing day by day, you fortget wha5 happened yesterday abd you want both PD and SD to forget it and let you do whatever you want in the next day (This is not intended individually)
-
And the PD is not the brighest thing but weak RP of illegals does all that. Bells, Marat and before Barons were invved in illegal things for months so I have not once seen the PD camp on their turf or arrest them and shoot around. You want to kill people on the streets wherever you go for stupid reasons, to deal and transport drugs wherever you go, to walk and drive around rhe city eith heavy weapons and no one will do anything to you.

I gotta disagree with you on a few points as person from CEB management. First of all this is a hard roleplay server, and if we’re serious about building a realistic economy and community, then businesses gotta follow rules and licensing. Security for clubs, casinos, strip places whatever, it’s not a “luxury” it’s literally a must. Those are hotspots where gangs, mafias hang around, fights break out all the time. If you let that run without any control it’s just chaos, and Code Enforcement ends up being pointless. Second, the whole “not enough players” thing really isn’t a reason to ignore the rules. If someone doesn’t have the resources to run the business (like security), then the answer isn’t just opening anyway, it’s either find an IC solution (hire someone, make ads, cooperate with another group) or wait until you can do it properly. Otherwise it’s just comfort RP, and LS-RP never was about that. Third, Code Enforcement doesn’t “kill” businesses, it actually makes them more consistent and higher quality. Think about a new player joining the server, walking into a club or casino with zero order, no checks, no security. Does that look like serious RP? Or is it better when you got rules, inspections, processes that make the city feel alive and like an actual place? Also, like person from the leadership of Roze Enterprise, we offered free staff for all kinds of businesses. We covered the cost ourselves, spending like 10m+ every month just for wages and organization. And still, many players hated on us just because our staff tried to keep order and leave a good impression for new players. Players who just joined, who needed support and encouragement to stay and actually build something here. No matter the outcome, our team of 20 people is never gonna stop trying to improve civilian RP and support new players. We’ve been doing this for the last 7–8 years, in all kinds of ways, and we’ll keep doing it as long as this server is alive.

Congrats 🥳

After 7 years the end of an era has come, an era that marked the best time on the server for most of us 823 job interviews, and over 1200 successful organized events after the server relaunch became history It was a pleasure doing all this See you!

OOC INFORMATION The faction is aiming to portray realistic roleplay structure of a government contractor research and development agency. We are very selective in the member structure of our faction and that's why we require certain skills from our members. Information used in the thread is only with OOC purposes. If you want to roleplay any of the events contact @luo or @Cream if you wish to join our faction.
