Hi dude, as tut already said, first of all you have to download RageMP. What is it? It is just a client that lets you join this kind of servers which may have different game modes.
You will surely find Roleplay servers, Death Match servers, Gang Wars etc.. What differentiates these different modes are the rules. As you already know, this is a Text-Based Heavy Roleplay Server. It means that to communicate you will have to use you keyboard, you will have to interpret a character but before you will have to read and understand several rules in order to guarantee civil coexistence with other users.
