I've seen the playerbase come in waves. To tell you the truth? I do think it's possible. However.. there would need to be recurring and crazy events to keep that playercount engaged or they won't stay around for long. Sure we could hit 700 players, but keeping that many online at once? That's the hard part. It would also mean we would need to reach out to a newer audience or promote the server in new ways that we haven't thought of yet.
