Can we start to focus on development now? Implementing suggestions rather than letting them sit for how ever many months.

O.G Big Tutt in 1979. -
[84] – [NHB] – [AB] – [AVENOOZ] are various abbreviations that can be sighted in Jeffersons northern neighborhood. These letterings depict the 84 Neighborhood Avenue Bloods, a very early street gang founded by Lenny "O.G Big Tutt" Wyle in/around 1972 – 1973. It's one of the earliest known Blood street gangs alongside it's counterparts, 79 Neighborhood Swan Bloods and the Rollin 20's Neighborhood Bloods. Lenny Wyle a/k/a Big Tutt was twenty-four at the time of his death. He founded by 84 Neighborhood Avenues [Bloods] at seventeen in response to the ongoing conflict with the Crips street gang. He was killed seven years later after a drug deal gone wrong, though some speculate it was the work of the East Side Crips.

Now this is a faction I can get in tune with. Quality roleplay, posts all their SSs in one post, yeah, we need more of this.
