GTA-SA Multiplayer is already a whole and progressing as SA-MP. The aim of Open Multiplayer is to update&fix SA-MP. But thank you so much.

There isn't a public roadmap, but during a live Q&A session with Open Multiplayer developers, they addressed this question. I don't recall exactly which video it was, but they mentioned that such a feature would be coming later. The server-side vehicle models are on the to-do list, but there isn't a definite decision on when they will be added. As for new skin models, they can already be added in the current SAMP 0.3.DL version.

I decided to use the term "magician" because this tool is used for chatlog parser, and for such tools it is often called by "magician" or similar terms. There is also another "magician" currently in use, but that magician is for GTAW. Another factor in choosing this name is that players are used to the name of the tool in GTAW, so that players can directly understand what it does when the name of this tool is read. If you've noticed, the design is similar to the tool in GTAW. I did it completely thinking about the habit of players.
