Black Organized Crime in modern day Los Angeles is decentralized - heavily rooted in prison networks, streetgangs, and out of state DTO's using the city as their stomping grounds. Our faction hosts a wide variety of characters to accurately reflect this. Great attention is placed on fostering long-running storylines that tie every person in the faction together, as well as offer depth to each individual one's portrayal. The Mexican cartel is a powerful and organized criminal group originating from Mexico. It is primarily involved in drug trafficking, smuggling large quantities of narcotics such as cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, and marijuana into the United States. On a daily basis, cartel operations include drug production and transportation, money laundering, weapons trafficking, bribery, and violent enforcement tactics such as assassinations and kidnappings. These groups often control key smuggling routes across the US - Mexico border and maintain a strong presence in both countries through corruption and fear. Their activities have a significant impact on public safety and the stability affected by drug-related violence. When it comes to White Fence 13 is a long-standing Sureño gang based in San Andreas, Los Santos. It’s one of the oldest Mexican-American gangs in the U.S., tracing its roots back to the 1910s. The “13” signifies allegiance to the Mexican Mafia (La Eme). Known for its strong neighborhood identity and violent rivalries, especially with gangs like 38th Street and El Hoyo Maravilla, White Fence 13 is involved in drug distribution, assaults, and other street-level crimes while maintaining influence both on the streets and in San Andreas prisons. The faction caters any form of character developmental roleplay on both legal and illegal. It is our goal to have a combination of criminal and legal roleplay within the community. The faction’s leadership expects all members who plan to join to do so strictly In Character. However, if you require any assistance, feel free to contact @Cranz either via Forum PM or through a private message on Discord. Please remember that all interactions taking place in-game must remain in-game. Regardless of any empathy or personal connection you may have with someone outside of the game, it should never influence your in-character behavior. The faction aims to accurately and fairly portray a group of white, and Mexican kids between 13-16 years old, who have been influenced by White Fence 13. Character development is the foundation of the faction, as we want all faction characters to have well-illustrated traits and each have their own particularities. Upon joining the faction, members of the faction's high council are allowed to give you CK whenever they deem it necessary. For information regarding joining the faction (e.g., the Discord server), it is recommended that you send a PM to @Hoodstyle. We accept, for the most part, any member with a minimum of roleplay. The only requirement imposed by the faction for roleplaying with us is that all your actions take place ICly, avoiding the use of OOC chat (/b) as much as possible. Through this faction, we are trying to show that roleplay can be fun even if we don't include so many wars, shootings, and so on. Roleplay can be fun because you have a family besides gangbanging, you have high school, you have a mother or father or in some cases both, you can be punished by them depending on what you do in character and so on. The faction is based mostly on character development, and most of the time you won't see us making money from one thing or doing just one thing. OOC INFORMATION: This faction is a continuation of Houssine Ait Soussan & Associates, carrying forward the same focus on authentic Moroccan-Dutch organized crime roleplay. Characters with a Dutch-Moroccan or North African background would very much be preferred. On some occasions, personal talk might drift into some Darija or Dutch slang-a little something to keep it real. This faction is invite-only. We do not recruit through OOC approaches, nor do we hand out ranks on request. If you’re interested, you must find your way in character and prove yourself through your roleplay. Upon invitation to join the faction, you will be asked CK permissions of your character. This is non-negotiable. Posting screenshots without permission is strictly forbidden and will be removed.
