Welcome to the monthly Faction Newsletter. This is your monthly update on the latest developments within the faction scene. This newsletter is designed to provide transparency by sharing high-level insights from internal discussions, spotlighting a featured faction each month, and highlighting any groups reaching candidate or official status. Faction of the Month This month's Faction Spotlight is Black Organized Crime, a group we’ve been watching since last month. From the start, they have delivered a distinct and refreshing take on illegal character development while maintaining consistently high standards of roleplay and OOC conduct. As always, we encourage anyone interested in getting involved with Black Organized Crime to reach out to their leadership team: @boris1, @sk8txrfu, @Gnarp, and @Iamkaciii. Tracing their roots back to 2024, the faction is steeped in rich lore that is a genuine pleasure to explore. Every storyline is crafted with remarkable attention to detail along with long-term development for character portrayals. The Black Organized Crime thread stands out as one of the few that captures both the day-to-day roleplay and a cohesive, evolving storyline. Their ability to balance grounded, passive roleplay with engaging schemes and rackets makes their faction feel more dynamic. If your faction would like to be considered for the next spotlight, continue pushing your creativity and standing out in meaningful ways. Key areas that can set your faction apart include strong character portrayal, showcasing unique media or roleplay, and maintaining a clean administrative record by following server rules. We look forward to carrying on this tradition and recognizing another deserving faction in the coming month. Every faction has an opportunity to be recognized so keep building, innovating, and contributing to the community. Faction Mediation Team Introduced We’re pleased to share that a Faction Mediation Teams have been introduced to support healthy faction relations and oversee war term agreements across the community. The team is composed of experienced faction members who work together to promote fair play, resolve disputes, and maintain a balanced environment during conflicts. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to transparency and collaboration within the illegal roleplay scene. Rage Updates During our recent Illegal Faction Team monthly meeting, we took the opportunity to address the absence of defined procedures and policies in preparation for the upcoming relaunch of the RAGE Multiplayer server. One of the advantages of having such a dedicated and experienced team is the diversity of perspectives we receive from across the community. This feedback continues to guide our approach as we prepare for the future of both platforms. We recognize that discussions around RAGE Multiplayer may not appeal to everyone, and we want to reaffirm that SA-MP will remain the primary focus of the Illegal Faction Team for the foreseeable future. At the same time, we’re ensuring that when the RAGE server is ready, we are fully equipped and organized to support it. If you’re interested in contributing ideas or joining the conversation about the development of illegal roleplay on either platform, please reach out to the Illegal Faction Council to get involved. Internal Updates We’d like to congratulate the Marat Gusarov Brigade for officially reaching official faction status. Your dedication and creativity have truly stood out within the community. We’d also like to congratulate the Verona Shoreline Crips and Warlocks Outlaw Motorcycle Club for being selected as official faction candidates. We look forward to seeing your continued development and impact on the server. The Illegal Faction Council and Management have launched a new competition to recognize and reward talented interior designers within the community. Participants will have the chance to design and furnish assigned residential properties, with prizes of up to 2000 UCP credits for the winner and 500–1000 credits for runners-up. Ongoing Discussions and Upcoming Focus Areas We’d like to take a moment to share a brief overview of several internal discussions currently underway within the Illegal Faction Team. These highlights reflect key topics from our recent monthly meetings and areas we’re actively reviewing and improving. Meeting Notes Encouraging scheme holders and Faction Team members to take a more proactive role in supporting and engaging with factions across the community. Exploring how to better prepare for the RAGE launch, including ways the Faction Team can help ensure a smooth and successful rollout. Evaluating potential new official faction candidates and discussing initiatives to help newer factions establish themselves more effectively and confidently. Felton & Juniper Avenue are two streets in the eastern part of Los Santos. The area doesn't have much to offer, being more of a suburb, not exactly advanced in technology, but it does have its streets where most of the weirdos and old folks of the neighborhood hang out. As expected, the district has a fairly high level of street gang activity. The crime rate in the area is also very high, which is why in 2011, officers from the Police Departament conducted a large-scale raid in East Los Santos and the areas surrounding the neighborhood, called East Chronicles. Today, life is the same: street gangs rule the streets, drug addicts, young people selling a gram of weed for five dollars on street corners, taggers, and hustlers. A group of people consisting of both minors and young adults who have just reached the age of majority, passionate about bicycles and high-speed motorcycles, and more things, formed the group known as the East Los Krew. Although their story began with simple robberies, small-scale drug dealing, and obstruction of a decent life in a city with a majority lack of moral conduct, the circle in which young people under the age of 18 were drawn aimed for a much higher and riskier goal for the entire group. Both their profits and the uncertainty of their freedom began to grow with each passing day, as they were easily targeted by law enforcement. Once the barrier of poverty had been overcome and most of them could afford decent cars, designer clothes, and regular parties to satisfy their vice of debauchery, things had already reached the point of no return, due to the risk of being imprisoned for their crimes. Their old activities have been adapted to their new reputation, and things do not seem to be stagnating, but rather advancing more and more, while the group is taking the form of an organization that once did nothing but steal from their parents' pockets.

Iron Order Outlaw Motorcycle Club is a fully custom project. It is inspired by the culture and history of real-life outlaw motorcycle clubs, but built with its own unique identity and storyline centered around Fort Carson, San Andreas. The project was developed by @ganchew, @accursed and @Eren with the goal to provide authentic, character-driven roleplay that captures the outlaw MC lifestyle, from the brotherhood and traditions, to the conflicts and criminal operations tied to the club world. Everything portrayed in-game is purely for entertainment and immersion. We want to emphasize that we do not support or condone racism, discrimination, or violence in real life. Any such elements portrayed in the faction exist only as part of the in-character environment, to add depth to the story and atmosphere. Everyone is welcome to join, even without prior experience in this style of roleplay. We are happy to help and guide anyone who wants to develop their character within this environment.
