Name: Jamie Brown Alias: Paisa Blue#4 Traits: Jamie is money-driven, power-hungry, and status-focused. Los Santos, A 14-year-old alleged member of the Rollin’ 40s Neighborhood Crips has been charged in connection with a deadly September 19, 2025 incident in Idlewood. Authorities identified the suspect as Jamie Brown, known on the streets as Tiny Paisa. Brown faces charges of homicide and illegal firearm possession. Judge Aaron Leaman has ordered the teen transferred to the Twin Towers Correctional Facility, where he will await final rulings in the case.
