Paul Briscoe is a California native, born and raised in Orange County, Laguna Beach. He's the only child of Linda Briscoe and a current member of Barons Motorcycle Club Virginia chapter Ronald Briscoe. Paul got in to riding motorcycles in his mid twenties, not having interest in it before since he saw it as something old men like his father do and would rather get in to different forms of sports, mixed martial arts and fitness, also indulging in the very prevalent marijuana culture in the state of California. Before coming to the state of San Andreas Paul was a bud-tender and a private fitness coach. Paul currently resides in Flint County. He works at The Iron Fenrir gym in Santa Maria Beach and has followed his fathers footsteps in becoming a member of a chapter of Barons MC, receiving his patch after a long and growling process of being a prospect for the club.

Her mother owned a bar called "The Iron Steed," which eventually turned into a 'biker bar' due to its clientele, primarily members of motorcycle clubs such as 'Straight Satans MC,' 'Satan Slaves MC,' and 'El Forasteros MC.' Joy lived on the second floor of the bar, which also served as their apartment. However, her favorite time was spent downstairs, getting to know the bikers, listening to their stories, and becoming familiar with the so-called 'MC World.' Since Amy's bar became the bikers' favorite spot, they referred to her as the 'Queen of Booze.' Over time, they also changed Joy's nickname from 'Little Jay Jay' to 'Princess.' Her father, Edward Stone, was a patch holder in the 'Filthy Bastards Motorcycle Club.' He left the San Fernando Valley without notice and moved to San Andreas two years after Joy was born, cutting off all contact with both her and Amy. As a result of her upbringing, Joy developed a 'tough' persona to impress the bar's patrons, distancing herself from her more feminine side. She often acted rude, neglected her appearance, and embodied a tomboyish vibe. When Amy was on her deathbed, she gave Joy a note she had received from Edward, which read: "[BLUEBERRY - HANGMAN]."
