  9. Rudy 'Panic' Correa at the grave of a fallen RLS homeboy. Rudy Correa was born in the Los Santos County General Hospital, located in Jefferson, Eastside Los, Los Santos on April 22, 1992. He was parented by 29 year old father Ramiro Vides and 20 year old mother Yahira Correa. His father was a former child soldier in the Salvadoran Army turned People's Revolutionary Army guerrilla and a vehement Marxist-Leninist. His mother was a 2nd generation Salvadoran American woman who was born and raised in Eastside Los Santos. His father immigrated to Arizona in 1986 as a 20 year old, after living in Coban, a city in central Guatemala, for a year and a half as a civil war refugee. In the border towns of southern Arizona, he found work as a security guard before moving to Los Santos as a 23 year old in 1989. His mother, Yahira Correa was a 20 year old Salvadoran woman who at the time, was an active member of the MS-13 Ramona Locos click, one of the most influential MS-13 cliques in the Glen Park locality. In late 1990, Yahira met Ramiro and the two immediately began dating. Two years later in April 1992, Rudy Correa was born. His mother was an active MS-13 gang member who managed to find work as a waitress and part-time maid in the Eastside Los slums of Jefferson and Glen Park. Both of his parents were impoverished, and as a result, primarily lived in lowrise housing projects containing section 8 apartment units, inexpensively rented out basement suites of houses, cheap motels and homeless shelters which were all located across Glen Park, Jefferson and East Los Santos. While living in these environmental conditions, his social conditions weren't any better; he was largely neglected by his mother, who was a heroin addict, and was verbally and physically abused by his father, who was an occasional user of crack cocaine and an alcoholic. At neighborhood schools located within Glen Park, Jefferson and East Los Santos, he was verbally and physically bullied, along with outcasted, by other kids for most of his elementary school years because he was one of, if not the poorest child within his grades. Because the family moved around on the streets on a regular basis, he was changing schools almost every year. Due to the neglect and abuse of his parents, he never became fluent in speaking the English language until the age of 6, and did this through the school system, as his father only taught him how to speak Salvadoran Spanish while his mother never bothered to teach him English. At the age of 8 years old, his father and mother had a final falling out after 10 months of non-stop verbal and physical fighting. After this final falling out, his father kicked both his son and long-time prostitute girlfriend, Rudy's mother, out of their section 8 housing unit within a lowrise housing project in East Los Santos. After being kicked out of the welfare housing, he and his mother were forced to live in homeless shelters which were located in the Downtown core of the city. 7 months after his father permanently abandoned the family, at the age of 9, his mother died from an accidental heroin overdose in an alleyway a couple of miles away from their homeless shelter. She was 29 years old. After his mother's death, he had little to no immediate and extended family left to take care of him in the streets. Thus, he was considered an orphan by Child Protective Services and was placed in an orphanage located in Jefferson. When he turned 10 years old, he was moved into a foster family comprised of Guatemalan and Nicaraguan civil war refugees in Jefferson. He lived in Jefferson for an additional 2 years before permanently moving to Glen Park with a new Salvadoran foster family at the age of 12. During the entirety of his childhood and the earliest years of his adolescence, he developed several dozen antisocial personality traits which allowed him to manipulate, lie, decieve, coerce and intimidate other children, teenagers and young adults as the years went on. Beginning at the age of 10, while being bullied and outcasted himself, he began his moderate to severe bullying of other children and young adolescents while attending elementary schools in Glen Park. He continued his personal bullying from the last years of elementary years to his earliest junior high school years, where he began wrestling within his school's teams in order to learn self defense and how to fight better. Outside of school, beginning at the age of 13, he began taking boxing lessons within the slum of Glen Park in order to be more efficient at fighting, defending himself and physically bullying his victims at school. His heavy involvement with fighting and bullying other teenagers at his junior high school in Glen Park got him repeatedly suspended starting at the age of 14. At the age of 15, he began his involvement with a local Mara Salvatrucha 13 set, the Ramona Locos, after being expelled from the Glen Park High School in Glen Park for breaking a 16 year old boy's arm in a fight and harassing the 16 year old boy's 14 year old sister, the latter happening over a prior 4 month period. Immediately following his expulsion, his foster family enrolled him in the Los Santos High School in order to straighten him out with other juvenile delinquents. He only attended the high school because he was forced to, and continued his ways of severely bullying other teenagers as the months went on. He was inevitably expelled from the Los Santos High School after he shoved and punched a teacher in the face during an early morning math class. He was formally charged with assault by the Los Santos Police Department in June and spent the entire following summer in a boot camp for juvenile delinquents which was located in remote Red County, nearby the farming town of Montgomery. After that summer, he never returned to high school, against his foster family's wishes, and instead continued involvement with the Ramona Locos. His early involvement with the Ramona Locos consisted of him selling soft, psychedelic and hard drugs as a cornerboy in Glen Park. He gradually advanced over the months to being involved with gang-related robberies, armed robberies, burglaries and being the driver of cars used in drive-by shootings. As a result of genetic as well as hereditary, psychological, behavioral, social and environmental factors, he experienced the development of psychopathy, clinically known as Antisocial personality disorder, at the age of 17. He committed his first murder on behalf of the Ramona Locos as a 15 year old, when he slashed the throat of a 20 year old African American crack cocaine dealer with a machete. This particularly gruesome killing took place in the middle of Ramona Avenue when the 20 year old African American attempted to counter Rudy fighting him with a machete by using an alumminum baseball bat. The 20 year old African American and Rudy fought hard for twelve minutes, where the former suffered gashes to his arms, chest, abdomen, legs and back before his throat was slashed wide open in public. The killing happened in the middle of the night at 2 AM, and although witnesses saw the barbaric act from the windows of nearby houses, none of them dared report it to the police. The 20 year old African American was lured to Ramona Avenue and killed because he had been selling crack cocaine on the turf of the Ramona Locos for two months without their permission and also refused to pay street taxes as a part of a greater extortion scheme. In order to send a message to local criminals and rival street gang members, the 20 year old African American's dead body was stripped naked and left to lay in a pool of its own blood in the middle of the road, until the sun rose a few hours later and the body was carted away by the Los Santos Coroner's Office. After Rudy was jumped into the Ramona Locos circa March 2001, he stepped up selling illicit narcotics and stolen firearms in the streets, all the while he was engaging in barbaric acts of torture and murder of his street gang rivals in the streets. Over the past few years, Rudy has lowered the severity of his criminal activities throughout Eastside Los and especially within Glen Park. He now acts as the laision between himself, his street gang and operatives of the Mexican Mafia (eMe) who reside and criminally operate within the level 4 yard and the Secure Housing Unit of the San Andreas Correctional Facility. He is also the main shotcaller of the Mara Salvatrucha's Los Santos (Sureno) Program, and has a very feared reputation throughout the Salvadoran immigrant and Salvadoran American community within the slums of South Central and Eastside Los Santos. Rudy Corea and Eileen Godoy have had statewide issued warrants out for their arrests since early September 2017 for their involvement in the 2nd degree murder of a San Andreas Sheriff's Department deputy and the 2nd degree attempted murder of another deputy from the exact same department. The duo have been reported as seen throughout the woodlands of Flint County which lay south of the city of San Fierro. It is believed that Rudy Corea and Eileen Godoy have remained in San Andreas and may be in hiding within San Fierro, a city of 864,816 people that is an approximately six hour drive from Los Santos. Either or, the duo are currently in hiding within the logging towns which are scattered across the woodlands which stand to the south of San Fierro. The San Andreas Sheriff's Department, in conjunction with other law enforcement agencies such as the San Fierro Police Department and the San Andreas Bureau of Investigation, have conducted a total of five mass searches throughout the backwaters of Flint County and the adjacent Shady Creeks County which were intended to capture and apprehend the duo, but to no avail.
