Living in the strife areas of the neighborhood he managed to start his own company with just a couple hundred dollars, to eventually owning his own industrial vehicles to service the city with; you can find him almost everywhere & anywhere in the city of Los Santos, he is a kind man with a big heart that wishes to give back some positivity to his city that he loves so much & the way he shows this love is through maintaining the hygiene of the city he grew up in. Buck started working for Fench in his latter 20's and quickly became a regional manager for this industry and strives to put people to work just as this company put him to work.
