The leaders of the Hell Runners Motorcycle Club have been discussing with a third party (nicknamed Crow) interested in expensive bike parts which happen to be transported across the San Andreas state during the night, on the Palomino Freeway at a TBD date.
 
The setup of the scenario will include three players which will be described below along with their role. Player A will setup a vehicle on the most empty stretch of the Palomino Freeway in a way that will make the so-called truck driver stop and exit their truck, so it is left unattended. Once the truck is left unattended, Player B will silently come out of their hiding spot on the Palomino Freeway and use their weapon to scare the driver into handing over the keys for the truck. Once the keys are handed over, Player A will help Player B tie up the driver and stash him into the trunk of Player A’s bait-vehicle.
 
Player A will then drive on the Palomino Freeway behind Player B which will get them to a secluded spot in the San Chianski Mountain Range where Player C is waiting with a separate vehicle to switch the truck’s cargo to. Player A, B and C will then take part of the cargo in the truck and move it to their getaway vehicle (as much as the vehicle weight limit permits). Once cargo has been moved, the truck driver will be removed from Player A’s vehicle and put into the truck’s cargo hold and left there for the police to find.
 
Player B and C will take the cargo to a safe place and Player A will dispose of the initial vehicle, following that they will all meet at the end of the scenario in the same place to deliver the van with the merchandise to the drop-spot agreed upon with Crow (fictional character, buying the stolen bike parts from the MC) and get the money.
 
The three players in this scenario are Peter Banks, Thomas Hernandez and Troy Hawkins which will have the following roles:
- A. Troy Hawkins - bait on the highway, broken down car, signalling the truck driver to pull over as he requires assistance with his car (flat tire, ran out of gas, injured person in the vehicle, etc.)
- B. Peter Banks - hidden at a point of the highway, ready to ambush the driver once they are out of their truck with a handgun/automatic gun.
- C. Thomas Hernandez - waiting at the switch point, where the merchandise in the stolen truck will be moved into the faction’s van and taken away to a safe place.

What is the player risk involved in this scenario? It looks like a pretty simple grab and drop to me, however there should be a player risk such as vehicles driving onto the highway and calling the cops once the driver has been subdued. If you were to go ahead with this, in the moment guns were drawn, you’d have to  call the 911 line and roleplay the call as a passer by seeing the person with the weapon drawn and give them enough details. You’d be good to continue that roleplay after that.

Forgot to include the fact that 911 would be called, I thought that it would be understood as it is an active type of scenario and police involvement would be mandatory.

 

We are good with the instructions. Do we have to provide screenshots of the entire action or would a video suffice, higlighting the 911 being called, merchandise being moved and delivered?
