New Blood on Sunset: Bellantonio's Up-and-Comers Grab the Wheel SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 4 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE RAYMOND FLLEMING & ARTHUR CREA The purpose of this supplemental intelligence report is to provide information regarding suspicious activity observed during a solo ride around Downtown on 04-06-2025. On 04-06-25, about 0342 hours while conducting a ride around the Mulholland area, I observed two vehicles parked next to each other in the Mulholland Parking Lot, close to the entrance of the parking lot. The vehicles were identified as a 2025 Maserati Gran Turismo ((Buffalo)) , bearing license plate "9PXW907", registered to Raymond Flleming of 2333 Sunset Avenue, Downtown Los Santos, and a Windsor, bearing license plate "5QLU363", registered to Arthur Crea of 1058 Mulholland Drive, Mulholland, Los Santos. Both alleged Bellantonio associates were pictured exchanging duffel bags. The contents of the duffel bag are unknown at this time. Raymond Flleming and Arthur Crea were standing between their cars while the exchange occurred. Following the exchange, both of them departed in different directions. The observed exchange of duffel bags between Raymond Flleming and Arthur Crea at the Mulholland parking lot at nearly 4AM in the morning in a secluded alley is highly suspicious and suggestive of potential criminal activity, such as the exchange of illegal goods, money, or weapons. Whereas there is no photo of Raymond Flleming's vehicle during the surveillance due to the angle of the camera, I personally witnessed it parked next to Arthur Crea's Windsor as I drove past the Inside Track business. MDC check confirmed that it was indeed his 2025 Maserati Gran Turismo. There is no previous photo of Raymond Flleming's 2025 Maserati Gran Turismo however there is a surveillance photo of his 2024 Range Rover Vogue parked outside of Sharky's, the infamous Bellantonio restaurant. The vehicle's ownership was identified through Raymond Flleming's details on the MDC. The shootout was documented during a solo ride around Downtown on 06-06-2025. On 06-06-25, about 0011 hours while conducting a ride around the Commerce area, several motorcycles were pictured parked outside of Sharky's. Approximately around six bikers wearing "Warlocks MC" leather vests and patches were pictured having a conversation with a few Bellantonio associates right outside the restaurant. In the span of ten minutes, more people kept coming in despite the business not being advertised as open, hence why it raised suspicion that a confrontation can occur. Deputy Casatella decided to circle the area as there were a lot of cars coming in and out, Deputy Casatella then repositioned over to the South side of Sunset Avenue in order to get a better surveillance angle. People from both sides started shoving each other around, there was an obvious dispute and it escalated into a massive shootout. Several identified members of the Bellantonio Crime Family were pictured wielding pistols, shotguns, TEC9's. Approximately eleven members of the Bellantonio Crime Family were present on the scene with about six additional allies who are yet to be identified. None of the identified members of Bellantonio took casualties, the only people who were shot and killed were part of Bellantonio's unidentified allies and the entire group of the bikers from Warlocks. The motive behind the shootout is still unclear, there is no previous information of Bellantoino and Warlocks having any deadly interactions nor if they have had a partnership. Some of the Bellantonio shooters are still being identified. Deputy Casatella has managed to recognize a lot of them through all of the surveillance that was done during the shootout. Here is a list of every confirmed shooter that has been identified yet: ADAM MORA CHRISTOPHER TESSARO RAYMOND FLLEMING HENRY SCAVIOLLA CAMERON FLLEMING NICHOLAS CICERO MICHAEL DEROSA MATTHEW JULIANO There are still three more shooters that have to be identified, will follow up on this as soon as possible through extensive surveillance and research. The reason why Deputy Casatella was there in the first place was because of the presence of Mr. Philip Arditi who is an alleged Soldier in the Bellantonio Crime Family, considering the information about him on the New Blood on Sunset: Bellantonio's Up-and-Comers Grab the Wheel article in which his name is mentioned alongside several high ranked Bellantonio members. Mr. Arditi also had his Huntley pictured outside of Sharky's, a known hangout of the Bellantonio mob. Once Mr. Arditi left Sharky's and got into his Huntley, Mr. Arditi was accompanied by Mr. Joseph Calabrese, an associate from Bellantonio who has previously been arrested for Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm, Failure To Pay A Fine, Obstruction of Justice, Assault on a Peace Officer, Criminal Threats and Driving Without use of Headlights, as per the Incident Report submitted on May 30 2025 by Deputy Sheriff Reynolds (41398). Mr. Arditi got into his Huntley with Joseph Calabrese in the passenger seat and he drove South from Sunset Avenue. As Mr. Calabrese recently was charged with Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm, Deputy Casatella decided to follow Mr. Arditi's Huntley by maintaining a safe distance in order to investigate the relationship between Mr. Arditi and Mr. Calabrese. Mr. Arditi parked his Huntley next to a blue complex on 799 Rodeo Boulevard, Marina, Los Santos. Deputy Casatella parked his unmarked CVPI on a safe distance across the street and started taking surveillance footage of Mr. Arditi and Mr. Calabrese. Mr. Arditi was seen walking inside of the apartment with Mr. Calabrese standing outside. Mr. Calabrese was later on joined by two more individuals, one of them was identified as Mr. Anthony Scifaretti and the other one currently remains unknown, he will be referred to as Suspect 1. Mr. Calabrese, Mr. Scifaretti and Suspect 1 stood outside of the apartment for approximately ten minutes as Mr. Arditi remained inside of the apartment. While the trio were outside, an unidentified male with a Base 5 shirt, cargo shorts and baseball cap on backwards was captured on surveillance approaching the Bellantonio associates outside the apartment, he will be referred to as Suspect 2. After a short conversation, Mr. Calabrese, Mr. Scifaretti and Suspect 1 started running after Suspect 2 as they were trying to tackle him to the ground. Mr. Scifaretti was also pictured physically assaulting Suspect 2 as he punched him in the face with his right arm. The situation was noisy and unnerving as a lot of inaudible shouting echoed around Marina. Mr. Arditi walked out of the apartment while the rest of his associates were chasing Suspect 2 and was also pictured on surveillance running after Suspect 2. Suspect 2 was trying to escape the situation and wasn't actively defending himself with force against Mr. Calabrese, Mr. Scifaretti, Mr. Arditi and Suspect 1. The chase was mainly held in the backyard of the complex however Suspect 2 managed to get on the Rodeo Boulevard where he was actively chased by Mr. Scifaretti. Deputy Casatella took the decision to cease the surveillance once Mr. Scifaretti started chasing Suspect 2 on the Rodeo Boulevard as the probability of being caught doing surveillance increased due to him being exposed while taking pictures of the situation. On June 1, 2025, at approximately 1450 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance around the Sharky's restaurant on Sunset Avenue, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. The main purpose of Deputy Casatella's presence around this area was to gain sufficient intel on whoever is regularly visiting Sharky's, a publicly known restaurant which is ran by The Bellantonio Crime Family. Due to the high amount of vehicles and alleged Bellantonio members crowding the area, Deputy Casatella occasionally scouted Sunset Avenue and took surveillance pictures of two vehicles who were parked around Sharky's for a prolonged amount of time. It was a hot Sunday afternoon and the Bellantonio members took advantage of the sunlight and decided to step outside of Sharky's, treating themselves to a cold drink to ease the heat. Deputy Casatella decided to take a surveillance photo of three men standing outside of Sharky's. Whereas two of them currently remain unknown, one of the men is Mr. Carmen Romano, who was recently arrested by Deputy Sheriff Ian Wahl on June 4, 2025 for illegally discharging a firearm and possession of an unlicensed firearm. The Yosemite with license plate of 4EWA154 is registered to Mr. Romano. Whereas the license plate is not visible on the surveillance photo, Deputy Casatella looked through the vehicles that Mr. Romano owned after being informed about his arrest and managed to identify the Yosemite. After approximately five minutes, four more cars parked around Sharky's and a total of seven men walked inside of the restaurant. Deputy Casatella took advantage of this and shortened the distance between himself and the establishment in order to take proper surveillance photos of each vehicle's license plate. The Premier with license plate of 5AVX273 is registered to Mr. Calvin Quinn who has no direct connection to The Bellantonio Crime Family however he did visit Sharky's during a time when the business was not publicly announced to be open. The Landstalker with license plate of 2VDW619 is registered to Mr. Benjamin Galante, he has not been identified yet via surveillance as he has no prior convictions and Deputy Casatella currently cannot confirm whether he is connected to the Bellantonio mob or not. One thing is for sure, he was present at the scene however his involvement is still to be investigated. The Black Elegant with license plate of 6PXY042 is registered to Mr. Jay Mezzasalma. Mr. Mezzasalma himself was not captured on surveillance footage however he was identified through his past criminal records as he was arrested on the May 15, 2025 by Deputy Sheriff Rocco Battista for Grand Theft Auto, Resisting a Peace Officer and Failure to Identify to a Peace Officer. The Windsor with license plate of 5QLU363 is registered to Mr. Arthur Crea. Mr. Crea was not pictured on surveillance on that occasion however he was documented exchanging duffel bags with another identified Bellantonio member, Mr. Raymond Flleming, as per the Supplemental Intelligence Report submitted on June 4, 2025. After the successful surveillance carried out by Deputy Casatella in managing to identify all of the vehicles outside of Sharky's, he decided to depart from Sunset Avenue in fear of being spotted as the area is not exactly surveillance friendly, considering the amount of tall complex buildings and lack of cover. ATTACHMENTS Carmen Romano pictured with two unknown alleged Bellantonio associates The license plates and vehicles of: Arthur Crea, Benjamin Galante, Calvin Quinn and Jay Mezzasalma SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 17 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE SAN FIERRO LINK? On June 16, 2025, at approximately 2300 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance in San Fierro, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Sunset Avenue has been unusually quiet for the past week. Neither of Bellantonio's businesses had opened in the past dozen days and it has to be related to the shooting that took place in front of Sharky's on June 6, 2025. The mob is obviously laying low at this time however several key figures of the mafia continue using their personal phones and were hence traced continuously for the period of June 6, 2025 to July 17, 2025. While the majority of their members kept their phones off, several high ranked members such as Frank Baldi, Anthony Ulino and Adam Mora kept their personal phones on and were able to be traced by Deputy Casatella. On June 16, Deputy Casatella received a rather poor response from the San Fierro Midtown Tower 2 that Frank Baldi is located in Financial, San Fierro (909) and Anthony Ulino being located around Esplanade North, San Fierro (909). Deputy Casatella didn't have the exact location of Mr. Ulino & Mr. Baldi's whereabouts so he took the risk to commence surveillance around Financial and Esplanade North with the hopes of gather more intel on the Bellantonio mob. Deputy Casatella drove past a street in Financial and managed to recognize Mr. Baldi's personal vehicle, a Feltzer with the license plate of 9VOW198. The Feltzer is easily recognizable due to the red leather seats within the interior and the black exterior. The Feltzer wasn't the only car parked outside of the property, there were two more vehicles in close proximity. A brown & black Landstalker with the license plate of 0QYG498 and a black Admiral with the license plate of 8TBL425. The Landstalker is registered to Mr. Dante Muscato who has been arrested on June 12, 2025 for Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm and Resisting a Peace Officer. The Admiral is registered to Jack Santavicca who has a clear record. It is still unclear whether Mr. Muscato and Mr. Santavicca are directly involved to the Bellantonio mob as this is the first time they were caught in surveillance ever since the beginning, this will be investigated further. Core members of the Bellantonio council have historically migrated from San Fierro and it was only a matter of time before Deputy Casatella was able to link anything back to the likes of Anthony Ulino and Frank Baldi, both known high ranked members of the now defunct San Fierro Crime Family. The establishment which is labeled as "Michelle's Auto Repair" with address 2842 Unknown, Downtown, San Fierro 909, San Andreas is going to be further investigated in the near future in order to find out the connection with the property & Bellantonio. After Deputy Casatella took enough surveillance footage in San Fierro, he decided to drive back to the West Vinewood Station in order to access his work computer and submit a surveillance report. After submitting the surveillance report, Deputy Casatella decided to drive past Sunset Avenue once more to see if anything suspicious is going on. After failing to locate any of the Bellantonio members, Deputy Casatella decided to scout Flint County with his unmarked CVPI due to the fact that Flint County is considered the territory of the Barons Motorcycle Club. The Barons have been documented by Detective Susan Yanagisawa to have held meetings in front of The Rock Barn with The Warlocks Motorcycle Club, the current rival faction of The Bellantonio Crime Family. Deputy Casatella parked his unmarked CVPI North from the Flint Gas Station, right at the intersection between the roads leading to the San Fierro tunnel and Blueberry. Deputy Casatella was forced to park his vehicle as he was receiving subsequent phone calls from his fiancee. Worried that something bad has happened, Casatella took the time to answer his fiancee's phone call and remained parked for approximately ten minutes. Vehicle lights lit up the interior of the unmarked CVPI as a Black Admiral parked right behind Casatella. Still occupied on the phone, Casatella prioritized the conversation with his fiancee over the suspicious approach of the Black Admiral as his guard was evidently down. Shortly after the Admiral parked behind Casatella, an overweight man with a thick black beard, black shirt and blue jeans walked outside of the Admiral. He was wearing a red motorcycle helmet. He was walking towards Casatella's unmarked CVPI in a rather quick pace. Deputy Casatella finally notices the man approaching as he clocks him on the driver's side view mirror, the man still walking towards the unmarked CVPI. Upon realizing what's going on, Casatella hit the gas and drove off as fast as he could, his destination was the West Vinewood Station. Casatella parked the unmarked CVPI and went inside the station in order to report on the aftermath of his initial San Fierro surveillance. Upon reviewing the dashcam footage, the Black Admiral's license plate was identified as 8TBL425. The vehicle is owned by Mr. Jack Santavicca, confirming that this is the same vehicle that was captured on surveillance footage in San Fierro, outside of 2842 Unknown, Downtown, San Fierro 909. Despite not having clear footage of Mr. Santavicca's face during the incident, his distinctive overweight build and thick black beard are easily recognizable. The motive behind Mr. Santavicca's actions are to be investigated further. It is still not clear whether Casatella was targeted by the Bellantonio mob in order to be assassinated or if this was an independent decision by Mr. Santavicca to perform a robbery. One thing is certain, Mr. Santavicca clearly didn't have any good intentions of approaching Casatella's vehicle with a motorcycle helmet over his own head. ATTACHMENTS ((Due to the heat of the moment, I was not able to take screenshots. There would be dashcam footage of the incident, I've confirmed this with Detective Leadership.)) ((OOC confirmation from Jack Santavicca that it was him)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 22 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Kenneth Muldoon, the new Dallas Calhoun? On June 21, 2025, at approximately 2320 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance around the Sharky's restaurant on Sunset Avenue, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Despite strategically being a difficult location to surveil due to the narrowly built complexes and skyscrapers, Sunset Avenue remains the top priority of the Major Crimes Bureau due to the frequent gatherings conducted by the Bellantonio mob, both at their restaurant Sharky's and their newly launched lounge Downtown Royalty Lounge. Deputy Casatella always drives through Sunset Avenue on each surveillance that he is conducting and June 21 was no different. What sparked Casatella's interest in that specific surveillance is that there were nearly eight cars parked outside of Sharky's and the majority of them had not been surveilled before. Casatella assumed that the business had opened to the public due to the presence of unknown vehicles however no social media report suggested that Sharky's had been advertised as open. Many people were coming and going, making the task of obtaining surveillance photos of the vehicles' license plates extremely difficult. Deputy Casatella took his time with the surveillance as he strategically waited to take photos since there were many unidentified individuals standing right outside of Sharky's, smoking cigarettes and drinking alcoholic beverages. All of the surveilled license plates are going to be listed below in order of the attached evidence footage in ATTACHMENTS: License plate: "8ANK361" Vehicle model: Sentinel Vehicle color: Light grey Registered owner: Sergei Eskin License plate: "4XDG420" Vehicle model: Landstalker Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Rondall Simmons License plate: "9GUK003" Vehicle model: Uranus Vehicle color: Light blue Registered owner: Gerald Tupua License plate: "7BMP601" Vehicle model: Primo Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Mateo Sussiani License plate: "9VOW198" Vehicle model: Feltzer Vehicle color: Black and red Registered owner: Frank Baldi License plate: "3EIV413" Vehicle model: Elegant Vehicle color: Grey Registered owner: Antoine Gournier License plate: "MULDOON" Vehicle model: Huntley Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Muldoon Bros. License plate: "0IGG741" Vehicle model: Admiral Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Anthony Scifaretti License plate: "8HQQ316" Vehicle model: Premier Vehicle color: Black Registered owner: Peter Belotti After managing to photograph all the vehicles and their license plates, Deputy Casatella drove off as people were constantly going in and out of Sharky's, he was afraid of being caught doing surveillance. This is not the first occasion of Bellantonio members and supposed business associates or friends gathering privately in Sharky's however one license plate stuck out like a sore thumb - "MULDOON". At around 2348 hours, Deputy Casatella situated himself North from Sunset Avenue with intentions to continue his surveilling over Sharky's. Whereas the surveillance was directly aimed at the Bellantonio mob, Casatella was now more interested in the "MULDOON" license plate branded Black Huntley. The main target was to identify whether the vehicle was operated by an employee from Muldoon Bros. or whether it was driven there by one of the Muldoon brothers. Upon getting closer in order to conduct surveillance, Casatella noticed an easily recognizable mullet. It was indeed Kenneth Muldoon, the current candidate for becoming the next Mayor of Los Santos. He was pictured together with Evelyn Nichols and two currently unidentified men. A separate casefile is going to be organized and submitted within the next 48 hours regarding Kenneth Muldoon and his involvement in the Los Santos underworld. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance footage of all license plates documented in front of the Sharky's restaurant Kenneth Muldoon outside of Sharky's, together with Evelyn Nichols and two unknown males SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 26 JUNE 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS I) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE BELLANTONIO & BARONS MC CONNECTION On June 24, 2025, at approximately 2345 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance in Flint County, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Sunset Avenue is slowly picking back up again as several already identified Bellantonio members were spotted by Deputy Casatella outside of Sharky's however conducting any surveillance would have been insufficient as the suspects have already been pictured together multiple times and they weren't doing anything suspicious. After the Midnight Massacre reported on the 8th of June, every identified shooter has had their personal phones actively traced by Deputy Casatella along with members of the Bellantonio council, such as Frank Baldi, Anthony Ulino and James Delutro. One of them is rarely showing face and has only been identified through the articles and his past criminal record - Arnold Guarna. Deputy Casatella has attempted to trace the location of Arnold Guarna's cellphone however he never achieved any success, he assumed that the SIM card was already destroyed and the phone is no longer in use. Upon trying to locate the remainder of the council, Deputy Casatella was shocked as he realized that he finally has managed to trace Arnold Guarna's personal cellphone. Heading to Flint County, Deputy Casatella was approaching the region with immense caution as Flint County is a predominantly flat area with little to none adequate cover for conducting surveillance. Deputy Casatella parked the unmarked CVPI behind the hill as the terrain would work in his favor. Deputy Casatella walked down to the tunnel where the train tracks are located as it was the perfect place for him to conduct surveillance. It is also important to mark that the business that they were inside, The Outsider, was not publicly announced as an open business, leading us to believe that this was a private meeting between Bellantonio and Barons MC. The only Bellantonio members that were captured on surveillance are the already identified Richard Cicero and Dante Muscato. Arnold Guarna was not captured on surveillance footage however he was inside of The Outsider while the Bellantonio associates were standing outside. Due to the angle of the surveillance, Deputy Casatella managed to identify only two vehicles: One being the easily recognizable Black and Yellow Phoenix owned by Russell Muldoon with license plate 3EYW470 and a white Premier owned by Michael Kavanagh with license plate 7ZAA395. The motive behind the private meeting has not been identified yet however both organized crime groups seem to be meeting a lot more often once Election Day came around the corner. ATTACHMENTS Full Surveillance Footage ((OOC confirmation of using /trace on Arnold Guarna's phone with /stime included)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 02 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE DOMESTIC TERRORISM AT PERSHING SQUARE PARK On July 1, 2025, at approximately 2245 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, and Deputy Sheriff Soraya Reynolds, assigned to the Majors Crime Bureau under callsign 809D1 conducted covert surveillance in Pershing Square, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. In a rather quiet night, Deputy Casatella decided to take Deputy Reynolds on a patrol as part of her Field Procedure training within the Detective Mentorship Program. Deputy Casatella went through some of the key bullet points in regards to the investigation of the Bellantonio Crime Family in order for Reynolds to familiarize herself with the state of the casefile. As they drove past Pershing Square, Deputy Casatella noticed three men sitting on a table in the garden and just like a bolt out the blue, these three were no ordinary men. Arnold Guarna, Adam Mora and an unknown male were spotted having a conversation in public. This instantly raised alarms as mobsters have historically used areas like the municipality where the likeliness of being targeted are very slim. Both of the identified high ranked Bellantonio members, Arnold Guarna, the alleged street boss of the LCN mob, and Adam Mora, the alleged captain have very rarely been captured on surveillance footage. It is important to note that this is Arnold Guarna's first public appearance ever since the casefile commenced. Furthermore, an unidentified white Sentinel was parked in close proximity to the meeting, the vehicle was facing towards Guarna and Mora's table. Upon patrolling the area, Deputy Casatella and Deputy Reynolds drove past a blue Sentinel with license plate "4SGA773" at West Azalea Street, the vehicle is registered to Frank Malvezzi, he has no current identified ties to the Bellantonio mob. However, an already identified Bellantonio associate was sitting in the back of the car and was quickly recognized by Deputy Casatella due to the previously done surveillance, his name is Dante Muscato. An extremely rare public meeting held by high ranked members of the Bellantonio mob along with a separate car being parked a block away from the meeting raised concerns. The Bellantonio members usually resort to holding meetings either in Sharky's or within other properties around Sunset Avenue. Deputy Casatella and Deputy Reynolds remained within close proximity and more specifically on North Lucas Avenue to maintain a safe distance. Deputy Casatella made the call to temporarily evacuate the area and pick a different unmarked CVPI in order to reduce the suspicion of the Bellantonio members. On their way to the West Vinewood Station, Deputy Casatella's suspicions became a reality - an emergency call came through the 911 hotline. "There is a bomb planted under a black Sentinel in the Pershing Square park." The call was made within Mulholland Drive & Monterey Avenue, the number that called is 624-802-718. Deputy Casatella immediately called the number back and after greeting the caller, he was told "I just found this phone on the street. You got the wrong number." The Los Santos Police Department were initially planning to hold a press conference at the City Hall on July 1st however that event had to be postponed as Deputy Reynolds called in for the bomb squad as the potential threat of explosives in Pershing Square couldn't be overlooked. There was only one place that this bomb could be located as there was only one vehicle on the parking lot, a black Sentinel. Upon the arrival and operation carried out by bomb squad, an explosive was indeed located underneath the black Sentinel with the license plate "9ZCF509", the vehicle is owned by Adam Mora. The bomb squad successfully defused the situation and evacuated Pershing Square. Deputy Casatella noticed the camera over at the Pershing Square park and decided to request the footage for review in order to see if he can identify the potential bomb planter. A masked individual is shown on the CCTV footage walking towards the black Sentinel at approximately 2258 hours. Whereas his face is covered, his clothing seemed oddly familiar to Deputy Casatella. Upon going through the footage a couple more times, Deputy Casatella realized that he already saw a man dressed up with the exact same clothes lurking around West Azalea Street. The bomb planter's identity has been revealed as Dante Muscato. This confirms that Dante Muscato had clear intentions of assassinating the captain of Bellantonio Adam Mora. ATTACHMENTS 911 phone call for the bomb in Pershing Square Deputy Reynolds calling in the bomb squad via radio ((OOC confirmation by Dante Muscato to confirm the usage of the CCTV)) Surveillance footage of the bomb squad defusing the C4 explosive from Adam Mora's vehicle SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 18 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE The Russian Connection On July 11, 2025, at approximately 2345 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, assigned to the Majors Crime Bureau under callsign 809D1 conducted covert surveillance in Market, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Sunset Avenue has developed into a ghost town prior to the internal war which divided the Bellantonio crime family. Sharky's & Downtown Royalty Lounge's openings have been cut short as the Bellantonio mob members have stayed out of that area for the past couple of weeks. The internal war reached its boiling point once Dante Muscato planted the bomb underneath Adam Mora's black Sentinel. This lead Deputy Casatella to conduct surveillance in different Los Santos neighborhoods in order to gain any sort of intelligence over the Bellantonio mob. One of those places being Trojka, an ancient Russian restaurant which has been surveilled by Deputy Casatella in the past. The parking lot of the restaurant is rarely used for any meetings as they are usually conducted inside in private however in this instance, Henry Scaviolla was pictured together with Sergei Eskin, Marat Gusarov and two unknown individuals. Sergei Eskin and Marat Gusarov have been present in past surveillance reports, such as The Midnight Massacre, the infamous shootout between Bellantonio and the Warlocks MC outside of Sharky's on 8 June 2025. They were not actively involved in the shootout themselves as they were pictured unarmed however their ties to the Bellantonio mob have been well documented. After successfully executing the electronics warrant at the house owned by James Delutro on address 2532 Santa Maria Boulevard, Verona Beach, Los Santos, Deputy Casatella closely surveilled the Santa Maria Boulevard as he patiently waited for a private Bellantonio mob gathering within the property. Several vehicles were pictured outside of the house along with identified Bellantonio members, that being Carmen Romano and Michael DeRosa along with one unknown individual. Despite the presence of mobsters, Deputy Casatella was not able to gather any intelligence as they avoided speaking inside of the house. The vehicles were still parked outside and the audio transmitter wasn't picking up anything. This lead Deputy Casatella to believe that the private meetings are conducted within the garage which is connected to James Delutro's house. The garage is going to be closely monitored and as an electronics warrant has already been approved, Deputy Casatella is going to place encrypted audio bugs inside of it as well. The warrant is going to be properly executed and armed with patience, opening the garage door manually through lockpicking mechanisms is going to be a complex operation. Deputy Casatella is carefully going to plan the strategy in order to prevent any suspicion from the general public and eliminate any chances of James Delutro or any other connected member of the Bellantonio mob catching up on it. ATTACHMENTS Carmen Romano, Michael DeRosa and 1 UNKNOWN MALE outside James Delutro's house SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 17 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Peter Belotti wielding an assault rifle On July 13, 2025, at approximately 0130 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, assigned to the Majors Crime Bureau under callsign 809D1 conducted covert surveillance in Market, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Continuing his regular surveillance over the Russian owned Trojka restaurant, Deputy Casatella took several surveillance photos of vehicles that were previously not driven to the parking lot of the establishment. An unregistered black Buffalo along with Anthony Ulino's black Washington (4GFC892) and Peter Belotti's gray Premier (8HQQ316) were present in the parking lot. Anthony Ulino has had his vehicles previously pictured outside of Trojka however the debut presence of the unlicensed Buffalo and Peter Belotti's Premier was a rare sight. Idling within a good distance, Deputy Casatella remained inside of his unmarked CVPI with a camera in his hands, he was waiting for anyone to walk outside of Trojka in order to gather sufficient intelligence. To his shock, Peter Belotti walked outside of Trojka wielding an assault rifle. He instantly started running North as he left his vehicle outside of the restaurant. Deputy Casatella opted of following and investigating Peter Belotti due to the lack of supporting units at the time, the risk was calculated to be extremely high. Deputy Casatella remained posted up for another ten minutes and decided to leave the area shortly after. The Russian group in Trojka has proven itself on multiple occasions to be closely affiliated with the Bellantonio mob. They are currently going to be investigated as allies of the Italian mafia. Peter Belotti is also going to be investigated further as this is the first bit of surveillance conducted in which he is directly involved. It is still unclear whether he's an associate of the Russian mob, Bellantonio mob or acting as a solo enterprise. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance footage of the license plates outside of Trojka Surveillance footage of Peter Belotti running North from Trojka holding an assault rifle SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 23 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Richard Cicero's 911 call On July 18, 2025, at approximately 1330 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, received a 911 call from an already identified Bellantonio member with an existing POI file, Richard Cicero, shortly after successfully executing the electronics warrant at 2532 Santa Maria Boulevard, Verona Beach, Los Santos. Deputy Casatella had just came back to the West Vinewood Station in a 2003 Dodge Ram Van which was utilized for carrying out the electronics warrant on James Delutro's garage in Santa Maria Boulevard. An emergency call came through and the number of the caller was easily recognizable for Casatella since it was one of the few electronic leads left for the Major Crimes Bureau in order to track the location of the members. 224-3472. The number belongs to Richard Cicero, an already established and proven member of the Bellantonio mob. His emergency call was brief and straight to the point, quote "I'd like to speak to someone about an organized outfit operating in the city". Deputy Casatella called the number as soon as he was done with his task, he carried out a small conversation with Richard Cicero in which Cicero demanded a personal meeting arranged with Deputy Casatella. Followed by a backup unit, Deputy Casatella headed towards Angel Pine in order to meet Richard Cicero in his hideout place, a trailer in the trailer park. Deputy Casatella and Richard Cicero walked inside of the trailer and held a conversation for a little longer than an hour. THE CONTENT OF THE CONVERSATION WILL BE INCLUDED IN AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT SUBMITTED BY RICHARD CICERO THE STATEMENT HAS BEEN PREPARED AND WILL BE UPLOADED SHORTLY TO THE CASE PACKAGE, IN TEXT & VIDEO FORMAT One of the most important things that Richard Cicero shared with Deputy Casatella in their meeting is that Richard has reasonable concerns over the well being of his brother, Nicholas "Nicky" Cicero, another closely surveilled and already identified member of the Bellantonio mob, along with his crew associate Matthew "Meatball" Juliano, also an identified member of the Bellantonio mob who was also part of the Midnight Massacre on June 5. The current supplement report is going to be followed up with the intel gathered through the encrypted audio bugs placed in James Delutro's garage, the subsequent arrests of Carmen Romano and Michael DeRosa and Richard Cicero's official statement. ATTACHMENTS Proof of Richard Cicero's 911 call SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 23 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE "As I said, he won't see it comin." On July 18, 2025, at approximately 2332 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, successfully managed to gather intelligence through the audio encrypted bugs placed in James Delutro's Santa Maria Boulevard garage. Deputy Casatella was on his way for a routine patrol utilizing an unmarked CVPI as his audio transmitter started picking up coherent speech. The moles were placed in the garage at 2532 Santa Maria Boulevard, Verona Beach, Los Santos, property of James Delutro, an identified and high ranked member of the Bellantonio mob. TRANSCRIPT OF THE MOLES: [00:20:58] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: You got any other street soldiers available? Verona guys? [00:21:05] [MOLE ID#0] James Delutro says: Yeah, sure, exactly. [00:22:13] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: I know them both. We could do it, no problem. [00:22:24] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: Vinny too, yeah. [00:23:12] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: You heard from Rich lately? He's out there runnin' solo, huh? What you think, he found out about his brother? [00:23:50] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: Then we're good. [00:24:17] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: As I said, he won't see it comin'. [00:26:41] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: Yeah. How much I owe you for this? [00:26:41] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: Alright, you'll have to give me ten. I don't carry that much money on me. That a problem? [00:27:34] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: You gonna stay inside for next ten minutes? I'll try to be as quick as possible. [00:29:03] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: Alright. I'll be right back. [00:29:32] [MOLE ID#1] Carmen Romano says: Jesus Christ, heavy as fuck! The individual who is mainly heard on the tape has been identified as Carmen Romano, both through the logistics of his subsequent detainment and context in Richard Cicero's official statement. The current supplement report is going to be followed up with the subsequent arrests of Carmen Romano and Michael DeRosa, and Richard Cicero's official statement. ATTACHMENTS ((Roleplay of the warrant being executed by Michael Casatella)) ((Screenshots of the audio being captured via moles in game)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 30 JULY 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Michael DeRosa and Carmen Romano arrested On July 19, 2025, at approximately 2345 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, apprehended two identified members of the Bellantonio mob, Michael DeRosa and Carmen Romano. After the intel obtained through the surveillance, Deputy Casatella had probable cause to believe that the safety of his informant, Richard Cicero, was at a high risk. Following up to the previous supplemental report, Carmen Romano is heard discussing whether Richard Cicero is aware of the death of his own brother, Nicholas Cicero. Whereas there isn't any concrete proof of Carmen Romano being involved in the murder, the surveillance proved that he was completely aware of Nicholas Cicero's sudden passing. In the initial meeting held by Deputy Casatella and Richard Cicero, the detective was informed by Richard himself that Richard Cicero, Nicholas Cicero, Matthew Juliano, Carmen Romano held a meeting at Ray's Subs, a fast food restaurant located on the Santa Maria pier. Later on, Anthony Ulino and Michael DeRosa also joined the meeting. According to Richard Cicero, this wasn't any ordinary meeting. The private gathering had intentions of clearing any personal disputes within the Bellantonio mob. The reason as to why the meeting was held is because Michael DeRosa was the target of a contract killing. The contract was given by Henry "Hen" Scaviolla, another identified Bellantonio mob member. It was later on confirmed by Richard Cicero that Henry Scaviolla had a change of heart and decided to physically assault Michael DeRosa instead of murdering him. Scaviolla decided that he will opt of killing DeRosa and instead rough him up and commence taxing him from that point onwards. Richard Cicero also confirmed that Michael DeRosa had a total of four pistols and four ounces of cocaine in his vehicle which Richard Cicero decided to rob from Michael DeRosa. It is important to note the names of the individuals involved in the robbery, physical assault and extortion of Michael DeRosa: Richard Cicero, Nicholas Cicero, Matthew Juliano, Henry Scaviolla. Despite Henry Scaviolla being the one who initially gave the order of physically assaulting Michael DeRosa, he was not present at the meeting held at Ray's Subs. Michael DeRosa had complained to Anthony Ulino about the situation and was demanding for his stolen pistols and ounces of cocaine to be returned to him. Richard Cicero complied as he took a drive in order to pick up the stolen items as he returned them to Ray's Subs for Michael DeRosa's compensation. Richard Cicero left the meeting immediately after returning the stolen goods back to Michael DeRosa and left Nicholas Cicero, Matthew Juliano, Carmen Romano, Anthony Ulino and Michael DeRosa to conclude the remainder of the meeting by themselves. As soon as Deputy Casatella started picking up intel from the moles set in James Delutro's Santa Maria Boulevard garage, he started connecting the dots by aligning the context of Richard Cicero's testimony along with the words uttered by Carmen Romano. Deputy Casatella was in close proximity of the garage and immediately started requesting backup. The initial plan was to block Carmen Romano's blue Majestic which was parked right outside of the garage however as Deputy Casatella was orchestrating and coordinating the arrest of Carmen Romano, the blue Majestic took off. Deputy Casatella took that window of time to make his way down to Angel Pine's trailer park, the temporary hideout of Richard Cicero. Considered for Cicero's wellbeing and the possibility of him being targeted at that exact moment, Deputy Casatella arranged two cruisers to follow him to Angel Pine in order to check on Richard Cicero. Upon reaching the trailer park, Richard Cicero was spotted across the street casually smoking a cigarette. Richard Cicero was informed by Deputy Casatella that Carmen Romano was picked up on surveillance talking about the passing of Nicholas Cicero along with conspiring to murder Richard Cicero. He was ordered to hide in his trailer until the arrest of Carmen Romano was successfully executed. Deputy Casatella received information from his radio that the blue Majestic was parked outside of Downtown Royalty Lounge, a well known Bellantonio mob business located on Sunset Avenue. Deputy Casatella arrived on the scene with two more law enforcement officers for backup, Deputy Virgil Nash and Deputy Anas Benatia. The three deputies stormed the place and were initially only after Carmen Romano at the time however upon entering the business, Michael DeRosa was standing right next to him. Michael DeRosa was already targeted by the Major Crimes Bureau for his involvement in the "Midnight Massacre" which happened on June 6, 2025 outside of Sharky's. He was pictured wielding a silenced pistol as he was actively involved in the shootout with the Warlocks Motorcycle Club. Deputy Casatella decided to apprehend both of them and take them down the Dillimore headquarters first for questioning. Upon questioning, both Carmen Romano and Michael DeRosa opted to use their lawyers to represent them further and refused to cooperate with Deputy Casatella. Carmen Romano was arrested for 316. Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm. Michael DeRosa was arrested for 316. Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm and 105. Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The current supplement report is going to be followed up with Richard Cicero's official statement. The statement is available as a transcript, which is supported by an hour long video footage. [22:08:22] * Michael Casatella reclines back in his swivel chair. He's in good enough distance with the camera for his words to be audible in the footage. (( Michael Casatella )) [22:08:39] Michael Casatella says: Starting with the first question... Please state your full name, rank in the Bellantonio mob and which crew were you in? [22:08:53] * Richard Cicero holds his silence for a few seconds, eyeing Michael. [22:09:00] * Richard Cicero eventually relents. [22:09:28] Richard Cicero says: Richard Francis Cicero. I was uh... [22:10:26] Michael Casatella says: Richard Francis Cicero. Can you please explain your motivation behind providing this statement to the Major Crimes Bureau? [22:11:04] Richard Cicero says: It's been... it's been made known to me that members of the... [22:11:12] Richard Cicero says: Bellantonio? Am I gettin' that right? [22:11:20] Michael Casatella says: Bellantonio, correct. [22:11:23] * Richard Cicero sniffs. [22:11:45] Richard Cicero says: Members of the Bellantonio murdered my younger brother, Nicholas Cicero. [22:13:13] Richard Cicero says: They fucked me over and now I have reason to believe they want me dead, too. [22:13:27] Richard Cicero says: Can I smoke in here? [22:13:44] * Michael Casatella picks out an ashtray from the bottom drawer. He places it in front of Cicero. [22:13:59] Michael Casatella says: OK. We will get back to this in a couple of questions. I want to ask you something else now. [22:14:03] * Richard Cicero fishes a pack of cigarettes from the kangaroo pocket of his hoodie and thumbs open the lid. (( Richard Cicero )) [22:14:16] Michael Casatella says: Please reveal as much as you know from the Bellantonio mob’s hierarchy, from top to bottom. [22:14:26] Michael Casatella says: Who's running things? Who's the underboss? [22:14:32] * Richard Cicero slides one out and slots it between his lips. He lights it shortly after and takes a long drag. (( Richard Cicero )) [22:14:56] Richard Cicero says: So I'll make it clear from the offset. These guys, their organisation, I ain't originally from that. [22:15:07] Richard Cicero says: So I ain't gon'a have all the correct terminology or whatever-the-fuck. [22:15:36] Richard Cicero says: To my knowledge, Frank Baldi sits above everybody else. [22:15:58] Richard Cicero says: Then he's got a guy who goes by the name Lines, or Tone, who sits below'm. [22:16:06] Michael Casatella says: Would that be Anthony Ulino? [22:16:10] Richard Cicero says: Ulino, yeah. [22:16:30] Richard Cicero says: I guess he collects each crew's tributes and sends them upstairs. [22:16:33] Michael Casatella says: So Frank Baldi is the boss of the family and Anthony Ulino as his underboss. Would that be correct? [22:16:46] Richard Cicero says: Tribute bein' a slice of our earnin's from however we made money. [22:17:14] Richard Cicero says: I don't know if Baldi answers to anyone above him. My understandin' is that he's the one percent. [22:17:24] Richard Cicero says: But yeah, that sounds right. Ulino feeds into Baldi, yeah. [22:17:35] Michael Casatella says: OK. How long have you been in this organization for? Approximately. [22:18:02] Richard Cicero says: I first touched down into town maybe six... ish, months ago. [22:18:13] Richard Cicero says: It was maybe a month after that I linked up with Tony Chips. [22:18:58] Michael Casatella says: Six months, OK. And about the tributes and their collections... [22:19:12] Michael Casatella says: Have you personally made a tribute to someone higher ranked than yourself? [22:19:37] Richard Cicero says: Yeah, I've handed slices to... three? Three different people upstairs. [22:20:03] Richard Cicero says: The cash was earned both through both legal and illegal means. [22:20:33] Michael Casatella says: OK. What's the names of the guys that you have given your tributes to? [22:20:52] Michael Casatella says: And if known to you, what were their positions within the Bellantonio mob? What was their rank? [22:22:00] Richard Cicero says: I handed Phil Arditi cash personally, and given other tributes to Matty Juliano to give to Ulino. [22:22:26] Richard Cicero says: Now that I think about it, Scaviolla never took cash off me. He disappeared before I had the chance. [22:23:00] Richard Cicero says: So how it's been made out to work to me is, Ulino sits atop all the leaders of these crews. [22:23:22] Richard Cicero says: The leaders have guys who are... what did you call it the other day? Buttons? [22:23:24] Richard Cicero says: Whatever. [22:23:29] Richard Cicero says: They're connected connected, y'know? [22:23:39] Michael Casatella says: Buttons. Stripes. This means that they're an official member of the mob, yes. [22:23:52] Richard Cicero says: And then they'll have guys under them, guys like me, who make our money and do the street shit. [22:24:12] Richard Cicero says: Oh, shit. [22:24:21] Richard Cicero says: I think it is three people. [22:24:25] Richard Cicero says: Mora. Ace Mora. [22:24:36] Richard Cicero says: I also sent him a piece upstairs once too. [22:24:55] Richard Cicero says: Ace was the leader of the Downtown crew for a while. Then he disappeared, hit the bricks. [22:25:07] Richard Cicero says: When he left, Phil Arditi got the reins. [22:25:27] Richard Cicero says: Phil Arditi leaves for what, a week? Then Henry takes over and moves us out to East LS. [22:25:35] Richard Cicero says: Downtown became too hot after the whole biker gang shit. [22:25:52] Michael Casatella says: We will also touch on that incident later on in my questions. [22:26:09] Michael Casatella says: So just to clarify what we've spoken about so far... [22:26:35] Michael Casatella says: Frank Baldi at the top, Anthony Ulino underneath and you have Henry Scaviolla, Philip Arditi and Adam Mora exchanging leadership [22:26:43] Michael Casatella says: over the Downtown crew at separate instances. Is that correct? [22:26:55] Richard Cicero says: Yeah. You got it. [22:26:58] * Richard Cicero says, flatly. [22:27:12] Richard Cicero says: You also had the fuckin' Verona crew too. [22:27:25] Richard Cicero says: But uh, I ain't gon'a jump the gun. I'll just answer y'questions. [22:27:47] Michael Casatella says: It's OK. I was about to ask about the Verona crew as well. Who's the one leading that crew? [22:27:57] Michael Casatella says: Who's underneath the leader of the crew and who are the associates? [22:28:26] Richard Cicero says: That prick Mikey DeRosa was originally posted in Downtown with us but uh, he jumped ship. [22:28:39] Richard Cicero says: So you had Mikey DeRosa, and Dante Muscato - who kind'a just appeared out'a nowhere. [22:28:56] Richard Cicero says: There were a good couple other guys too but it seemed over time they just uh, they just disappeared. [22:29:15] Richard Cicero says: Muscato might'a had a button, 'cause for a period of time my brother Nicky sent his slice to him. [22:29:26] Richard Cicero says: I ain't sure. [22:29:43] Richard Cicero says: All'a those checked in with Jimmy Delutro. [22:30:04] Richard Cicero says: If I had to take a guess at who ran the show over Verona ways, it'd definitely be him. [22:30:42] Michael Casatella says: And what about Carmen Romano? Is he a part of the Verona crew as well? [22:30:54] Richard Cicero says: Carmen was last man standin' over in East LS for a long time. [22:31:27] Richard Cicero says: Henry was supposed to be runnin' a crew over those ways but Carm and Bobby Ferri were the only guys to ever claim it. [22:31:43] Richard Cicero says: So Carm for a good while was kind'a just... runnin' on his own. [22:31:45] Michael Casatella says: Henry as in Henry Scaviolla? [22:31:48] Richard Cicero says: Then eventually, he got scoope-.. [22:31:53] Richard Cicero says: Yeah, Henry Scaviolla. [22:31:58] * Richard Cicero wipes his mouth. [22:32:15] Richard Cicero says: He uh... he got scooped up by Henry again when Phil left. [22:32:27] Michael Casatella says: To finish up with this question, I'm going to read a couple of names here and I need you to tell me if you know them. [22:32:34] Michael Casatella says: And whether you know in which crews they operated in. [22:32:35] Richard Cicero says: A'right. [22:33:58] Michael Casatella says: Arnold Guarna, Henry Graziani, Joseph Calabrese, Christopher Tessaro, Raymond Flleming, Cameron Flleming, Arthur Crea. [22:34:04] Michael Casatella says: Any of those names ring a bell to you? [22:34:23] Richard Cicero says: The only one that don't really is uh, Joseph Calabrese. [22:34:29] Richard Cicero says: Like, I've heard the name but I don't think I ever met the guy. [22:34:49] Richard Cicero says: Christopher Tessarini I saw maybe once in person. Never spoke to'm. [22:35:04] Richard Cicero says: Who d'you want me to start wit'? [22:35:08] Michael Casatella says: Arnold Guarna. [22:35:31] Richard Cicero says: I knew'm as Arnie. Not that great, he ain't been around much at all. [22:35:45] Richard Cicero says: I used to see'm here'n there a while back. Recently? Not a peep. [22:35:59] Michael Casatella says: OK. What about Henry Graziani? [22:36:01] Richard Cicero says: I don't really know where he'd sit in terms of this hierarchy, or whatever. [22:36:10] Richard Cicero says: But if I had to guess, he'd be around the same place as Ulino. [22:36:25] Michael Casatella says: If you do not know their ranks or the crew that they operate, just let me know and we will skip through them. [22:36:43] Richard Cicero says: Henry Graziani was tight with Mikey DeRosa. I ain't sure if he had stripes but he was Downtown. [22:36:49] Richard Cicero says: I saw'm a lot with Phil and Ace. [22:37:17] Richard Cicero says: Another one I didn't know too well. [22:37:26] Michael Casatella says: OK. What about the Flleming brothers? [22:37:34] Michael Casatella says: Have you interacted with them? Raymond and Cameron, that is. [22:37:37] * Richard Cicero subdues a subtle smirk. [22:37:44] * Richard Cicero wipes it off double time. [22:37:59] Richard Cicero says: I thought Cam was his cousin? [22:38:07] * Richard Cicero swats the air dismissively. [22:38:12] Richard Cicero says: It don't matter. [22:38:20] Richard Cicero says: Ray seemed like he was fuckin' murder for hire for these guys. [22:38:27] Richard Cicero says: He seemed to uh, he seemed to seek it out. [22:38:45] Richard Cicero says: He behaved weird too. Like, I'd be on my way to meet a customer, and he'd just follow me. [22:39:03] Richard Cicero says: But the guy's a fuckin' confirmed killer and fighting champion, right? [22:39:18] Richard Cicero says: Not exactly the type'a guy you tell to fuck off, y'know? [22:39:32] Michael Casatella says: I understand. Did he hold any sort of power over Downtown? Was he anything more than a regular associate of the Bellantonio mob? [22:40:03] Richard Cicero says: He ain't got Italian roots. I don't think those guys'll take y'upstairs unless you got the right heritage. [22:40:15] Richard Cicero says: So he was just a cash cow for these guys. A cash cow and a street janitor. [22:40:36] Michael Casatella says: Can you elaborate on what you mean by a street janitor? [22:40:45] Richard Cicero says: He'd just do wet work. [22:41:02] Michael Casatella says: Do you know of any contract killings carried out by Raymond Flleming on behalf of the Bellantonio mob? [22:41:07] Richard Cicero says: Someone needed gone? Ray'd be the first to voulenteer himself. [22:41:25] * Richard Cicero is silent for a little. [22:41:27] * Richard Cicero shakes his head. [22:41:38] Richard Cicero says: None I could put my finger on, nah. [22:43:36] Michael Casatella says: OK. And do you know anything about Arthur Crea? [22:44:00] Richard Cicero says: Artie was one'a the first guys I met. He was outside Sharky's when two mulig- [22:44:03] * Richard Cicero cuts himself off. [22:44:10] Richard Cicero says: Two guys tried to jack his car. [22:44:32] Richard Cicero says: I ain't sure where he sat to be honest. I got the feelin' he was Verona ways though. [22:44:40] Richard Cicero says: I never saw him much over Downtown ways. [22:44:53] Michael Casatella says: OK. A couple of more people to go through... Let me have a look. [22:45:36] Richard Cicero says: He was lookin' at purchasin' a restaurant, or some sort'a club up in Rodeo. [22:45:37] Michael Casatella says: Anthony Scifaretti, Jack Santavicca, Dante Muscato, Jay Mezzaslama. [22:45:47] Richard Cicero says: Scifaretti. What a slimey fuck. [22:46:11] Richard Cicero says: He was Downtown too. He followed Mora around like Mora had fuckin' hunrit dollar bills up his ass crack. [22:46:26] Richard Cicero says: He was a nobody. Just a guy around the way. [22:46:34] Richard Cicero says: He was tight with uh, with Henry G too. [22:46:39] Michael Casatella says: Henry Graziani? [22:46:42] Richard Cicero says: Yeuh. [22:47:07] Michael Casatella says: You speak about Anthony in past tense. We haven't caught him on surveillance for a long time now. [22:47:12] Michael Casatella says: Would you know if anything has happened to him? [22:47:13] * Richard Cicero purses his lips. [22:47:15] Richard Cicero says: You do the math. [22:47:33] Richard Cicero says: I'd heard from a few different people he was put down. [22:48:00] Michael Casatella says: Do you happen to know any specific details around his death? Who ordered it, who carried it out? [22:48:34] Richard Cicero says: I think he was just addin' fuel to the fire wit' those bikers, so he had to go. [22:48:40] Richard Cicero says: I ain't entirely sure though, no. [22:48:57] Michael Casatella says: Are you referring to the Warlocks motorcycle club? [22:49:33] Richard Cicero says: Yeah. [22:50:01] Michael Casatella says: OK. Anything about the other three guys? Dante Muscato, Jack Santavicca and Jay Mezzaslama. [22:50:13] Michael Casatella says: Who have you crossed paths with? What crew were they in, what were their ranks? [22:50:19] Richard Cicero says: Dante. He went by Danny. He's a Verona guy. [22:50:37] Richard Cicero says: He had a direct line on hardware, so you'd uh, you'd go see'm if you were in the market. [22:50:51] Richard Cicero says: I did business with him a good few times. We had a uh, we had a good business relationship. [22:51:12] Michael Casatella says: Are you talking about distribution of weaponry? [22:51:20] Richard Cicero says: Yeah. [22:51:39] Richard Cicero says: Jack Santavincent, was he that uh... [22:51:55] Richard Cicero says: Was he that fat fuck? [22:52:45] Richard Cicero says: Yeah. He apparently was on the shelf out in San Fierro. [22:52:52] Richard Cicero says: They brought him in and he ruffled a few feathers. [22:53:04] Richard Cicero says: He was supposed to head up car boostin' in Willowfield with Matty Juliano. [22:53:22] Richard Cicero says: But uh, just as quickly as he came around, he disappeared again. [22:53:36] Richard Cicero says: So I don't know what happened there. [22:53:45] Michael Casatella says: OK. And Jay Mezzaslama? [22:53:51] Richard Cicero says: The last guy? Don't know'm. [22:54:00] Richard Cicero says: I'm pretty confident if he was a somebody, I'd know about'm. [22:54:10] Michael Casatella says: OK. We'll move on to the next question... What were /you/ directly involved in with the Bellantonio mob? [22:54:15] Michael Casatella says: What type of work did you carry out for the mob? [22:54:21] * Richard Cicero falls quiet again, hesitant. [22:54:26] * Richard Cicero looks at Michael. [22:54:46] * Richard Cicero holds his gaze a little longer. [22:54:48] Richard Cicero says: I uh... [22:54:57] * Richard Cicero widens his eyes and lets out a long sigh. [22:55:01] * Richard Cicero interlocks his hands behind his head. [22:55:28] Richard Cicero says: I've moved weapons and drugs sourced from members of this Bellantonio mob. [22:55:47] Richard Cicero says: I was also part of a car boostin' ring that was run out'a the garage in Willowfield, Sonny's. [22:56:00] Richard Cicero says: On multiple occasions I also delivered stolen cars to this chink unit out in San Fierro. [22:56:08] Richard Cicero says: On paper, I'm employed by Sharky's. [22:56:24] Richard Cicero says: That's that dive bar stuck in the sixties in Downtown. [22:56:47] Michael Casatella says: Who were the people that directly supplied you with weapons and drugs to distribute? [22:57:06] Richard Cicero says: Michael DeRosa supplied me with weapons on multiple occasions, as did Dante. [22:57:22] Richard Cicero says: Henry Scaviolla also supplied me with shotguns and drugs, too. [22:57:37] Michael Casatella says: What type of drugs were you receiving from Henry Scaviolla? [22:57:43] Richard Cicero says: Cocaine. [22:58:32] Richard Cicero says: Mora might'a handed me packages here'n there a while back too, I can't remember. [23:01:24] Michael Casatella says: OK. Richard, I have to tell you something now. [23:01:47] Michael Casatella says: James Delutro's garage at Verona. Our team planted a mole inside of it and we would like you to hear this as well. [23:02:04] * Richard Cicero rapidly blinks a couple of times. [23:02:13] * Michael Casatella plays the captured audio footage through his comptuter. The speech is audible for the video. (( Michael Casatella )) TRANSCRIPT OF THE MOLES: [00:20:58] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: You got any other street soldiers available? Verona guys? [00:21:05] [MOLE ID#0] James Delutro says: Yeah, sure, exactly. [00:22:13] [MOLE ID#0] Carmen Romano says [low]: I know them both. We could do it, no problem. [23:03:29] * Richard Cicero stares off into nowhere as he listens to the audio. [23:03:34] * Richard Cicero shakes his head softly. [23:03:39] Richard Cicero says: Carmen was there that night. [23:03:50] Richard Cicero says: You tellin' me he's the one? [23:04:03] Michael Casatella says: I'd like you to confirm whether you can identify the voices captured on this recording. [23:04:14] Richard Cicero says: That's Carmen. No doubt. [23:04:27] Richard Cicero says: I've spent plenty time in close proximity with Carm. [23:04:27] Michael Casatella says: Another voice can be heard speaking once. Do you recognize that one? [23:04:41] Richard Cicero says: Play it again for me. [23:04:56] * Michael Casatella plays the recording again as he skips to James Delutro's short cameo. [23:05:49] Richard Cicero says: Those motherfuckers. I can't believe he's talkin' about me and Nicky like that. [23:06:00] Richard Cicero says: Cocksuckin' scumbag cunts, I... [23:06:10] * Richard Cicero falls silent in disbelief, his eyes welling up. [23:06:27] Michael Casatella says: Do you need a minute? I can go grab you some water. [23:06:50] * Richard Cicero nods silently, his eyes drilling holes into the floor. [23:07:01] * Michael Casatella arises. The camera continues filming. [23:07:23] * Michael Casatella exits the room as he shuts the door leaving Richard Cicero on his own. [23:07:44] * Richard Cicero blinks a couple of times. A tear drops out of each eye. [23:08:01] * Richard Cicero wipes his face dry. He inhales deeply through his nose, filling his chest cavity. [23:09:01] * Michael Casatella places the cold botle of water on the desk. [23:09:12] * Richard Cicero stares at his coffee cup on the desk. [23:09:20] * Richard Cicero wipes his face again. [23:09:45] Richard Cicero says: Play the fuckin' thing again. [23:09:51] * Richard Cicero says abruptly. [23:10:09] * Michael Casatella looks at Cicero. He slowly nods as he fuels his anger. He plays the tape once more. [23:10:22] * Richard Cicero squints slightly, listening intently. [23:11:07] Michael Casatella says: I know this one's hard for you but we have to go through this. This is important for the case. [23:11:22] * Of what quality is the audio recording? Is it clean and high quality? (( Richard Cicero )) [23:11:56] * The quality of the recording is average. The sound is coherent. (( Michael Casatella )) [23:12:19] Michael Casatella says: What was the last time that you saw your brother, Nicholas Cicero? [23:12:48] * Richard Cicero blinks himself out of his transfixed stare at the coffee cup. [23:12:57] Richard Cicero says: I met up with uh... [23:13:06] * Richard Cicero speaks lower and flatter now. [23:13:37] Richard Cicero says: I met up with Nicky and Meatball outside Ray's Subs, this counter, restaurant, sandwich shop... [23:13:41] * Richard Cicero rolls his hand. [23:13:51] Richard Cicero says: This joint down underneath the Marina pier. [23:13:56] Michael Casatella says: Would Meatball be Matthew Juliano? [23:14:05] Richard Cicero says: Shit. Yeah. Matty Juliano. [23:14:29] Michael Casatella says: You, your brother and Meatball meet outside Ray's Subs. The business down the pier, right? [23:14:36] Michael Casatella says: Were you meeting anyone else? [23:15:02] Richard Cicero says: Yeah. The road that cuts under the pier, there's a row'a stores. Ray's Subs is one'a them. [23:15:12] Richard Cicero says: We were headed down there to talk to Lines. [23:15:23] Richard Cicero says: When I get there, Carm and this other guy were already there with'm. [23:16:02] Richard Cicero says: Lines eventually turns up. Hen was supposed to come but he couldn't for whatever reason. [23:16:55] Richard Cicero says: We were there because under the orders of Hen' Scaviolla, we'd snatched Mikey DeRosa off the street. [23:17:20] Richard Cicero says: Took'm out to the desert, tuned him up, scared him with some hardware, you can picture the scene right? [23:17:46] Richard Cicero says: We were taxin'm two hunrit large. [23:17:58] Michael Casatella says: Henry Scaviolla gave the order for Michael DeRosa to receive a beating? Is that what it is? [23:18:16] Michael Casatella says: With intentions of intimidation? [23:18:28] Richard Cicero says: Yeah. Hen originally told me'n Meatball, the night we picked up a drop of pump actions and blow. [23:18:38] Richard Cicero says: We were actually supposed to cap him. [23:18:56] Richard Cicero says: But Hen' baited him out to the donut shop and held'm there. [23:19:10] Richard Cicero says: Me and Nicky took him in the car and out to the desert. [23:19:15] Michael Casatella says: Wait, wait, wait... You were given the task to take out Michael DeRosa on behalf of Henry Scaviolla? [23:19:24] * Richard Cicero nods once. [23:19:43] * Richard Cicero smacks his lips and continues talking. [23:19:57] Richard Cicero says: But when we got out there, Hen decided to fuck'm up and tax'm instead. [23:20:19] Richard Cicero says: I found four handguns and four keys of blow in his car. [23:20:24] Richard Cicero says: Apparently they belonged to Lines. [23:20:40] Richard Cicero says: We took his car, the hanguns and the keys and left him out there to walk home. [23:21:45] Richard Cicero says: So when I get to the meetin', which was the subject at hand, Lines asked who took it. [23:21:59] Richard Cicero says: He wanted it back. [23:22:25] Michael Casatella says: Who was present at the meeting in Ray's Subs? [23:22:35] Richard Cicero says: Uh... [23:22:38] * Richard Cicero counts on his fingers. [23:22:44] Michael Casatella says: You, your brother, Matthew Juliano... [23:22:48] * Michael Casatella aids Richard with the names. [23:22:50] Richard Cicero says: Me, Nicky, Meatball, Carm... [23:22:59] Richard Cicero says: One other guy I'd never seen before. [23:23:04] Richard Cicero says: Seemed like Lines' guy. [23:23:12] Richard Cicero says: And then later on, Lines and DeRosa. [23:23:25] Michael Casatella says: OK. And what happened at that meeting? [23:23:34] Michael Casatella says: After Lines asked who took it. [23:23:40] Richard Cicero says: Hen was supposed to come but like I said, he was a no show. [23:23:59] Richard Cicero says: The meetin' was 'cause that little rat fuck Mikey DeRosa had gone cryin' to Lines. [23:24:10] Richard Cicero says: Told'm what we did. So Lines called it in. [23:24:45] Richard Cicero says: I figured it was just gon'a be a slap on the wrist. I mean, us three? [23:24:53] Richard Cicero says: Me, Nicky and Meatball? We were earners. [23:25:04] Richard Cicero says: We had fingers in a lot'a shit. [23:25:24] Richard Cicero says: There were fuckin' retarded for fuckin' us over. [23:25:28] Richard Cicero says: I never thought they'd do it. [23:25:45] Michael Casatella says: How did that meeting conclude? Did you, your brother and Meatball figure out a way to compensate for Anthony Ulino's stolen goods? [23:25:52] Richard Cicero says: So after I returned the shit to Lines, I made up some bullshit and left. [23:26:09] Richard Cicero says: Lines wanted the shit back. I had it. I gave it to'm. [23:26:15] Richard Cicero says: Four handguns, four keys of blow. [23:26:37] Michael Casatella says: OK. After you left the meeting, have you had any contact with your brother and Meatball afterwards? [23:26:46] * Richard Cicero shakes his head. [23:26:52] Richard Cicero says: Nicky didn't come that night. [23:27:00] Michael Casatella says: Have you tried contacting them on the phone? [23:27:02] Richard Cicero says: Figured he might'a been pitched up with a piece'a tail. [23:27:09] * Richard Cicero nods multiple times. [23:27:22] Richard Cicero says: Both. Many times. He's my brother for Christ sake. [23:27:31] Richard Cicero says: We had shit to attend to. [23:27:33] Michael Casatella says: And Meatball? Did you try to contact him as well? [23:27:44] Richard Cicero says: Yeah, like I said. Both of'm. [23:27:51] Michael Casatella says: OK. OK. [23:27:54] Richard Cicero says: There's been radio silence from the both'a them since that meeting. [23:28:23] Richard Cicero says: I share a two bedroom shithole apartment with my brother. I been with him /every/ day since I brought'm out. [23:28:33] Richard Cicero says: We spoke /every/ /day/. [23:28:48] Richard Cicero says: Meatball was a frequent contact too. We were our own crew. [23:28:56] Richard Cicero says: We spent most'a the time as a three. [23:29:06] Richard Cicero says: And then what, to disappear without a word for nearly two weeks? [23:29:14] Michael Casatella says: OK. I want to you ask you something important, now as we're close to concluding this. [23:29:31] Michael Casatella says: Are you willing to testify in court, defend and further elaborate on your statement? [23:29:43] * Richard Cicero swallows, a frown plastered across his brow. [23:29:57] Richard Cicero says: Will I get to look those sick fucks in the eye? [23:30:21] Michael Casatella says: They will certainly be present in court during the trial. [23:30:34] Richard Cicero says: Good. [23:30:40] Richard Cicero says: I wan'a look those fucks in the eye. [23:31:06] Michael Casatella says: And the final question. [23:31:24] Michael Casatella says: Would you like to stay at a confidential location until it's time for the court trial? [23:31:35] Michael Casatella says: We can provide you with an apartment for the time being. [23:31:40] Richard Cicero says: Where is it? [23:32:01] Michael Casatella says: I cannot disclose the location during the video. [23:32:11] Michael Casatella says: It is away from Sunset Avenue, that I can assure you. [23:32:16] Michael Casatella says: Far away. [23:32:47] Richard Cicero says: Yeah. [23:32:52] Richard Cicero says: A'right. [23:32:55] The date is: 21/7/2025 -- The time is: 22:32:55 [23:33:03] * Michael Casatella leans in as he speaks to the camera. [23:33:57] Michael Casatella says: 2232 hours. Richard Cicero's statement has officially concluded. [23:34:04] * Michael Casatella stops the video. SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 4 AUGUST 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE DEPUTY SHERIFF (BONUS II) MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Lucas Dillon On July 29, 2025, at approximately 2150 hours, I, Deputy Sheriff Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance in Temple and more specifically Star Street, utilizing an unmarked CVPI registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Following up on the supplemental intelligence report submitted on the July 17 titled "Peter Belotti wielding an assault rifle", the unlicensed black 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon caught the interest of Deputy Casatella and was further investigated. The vehicle was spotted once more on July 29 parked outside of a business in Star Street with a new license plate of 3COG899. The plate was checked by Deputy Casatella through the MDC and it turns out that the license plate belongs to 2005 BMW 760I ((Sentinel)) and the owner of the vehicle is Davonte Antwine. On August 3, the same 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon was spotted outside of Sharky's on Sunset Avenue with a new license plate. Upon running the plate through the MDC it turns out that it is another stolen plate. The license plate of 3DXQ006 belongs to Tampa and the owner of the vehicle is Darius Pritchard. A man who has nothing to hide wouldn't be forced to steal license plates in order to conceal his identity. Deputy Casatella availed of calling in units to investigate the Dodge on the spot as it was spotted outside two regularly surveilled locations, Sunset Avenue and Market. Upon reviewing all Los Santos citizens with High-Risk Arrest Warrants set out by both the Los Santos Police Department and the Los Santos Sheriff's Department, Deputy Casatella managed to identify Lucas Dillon through the surveillance footage gathered across the span of two weeks, from July 17 to August 3. Lucas Dillon has been on the run for more than four months now as the High-Risk Arrest Warrant was submitted by Police Officer Rocco Baristta on April 10, 2025. His garage in Glen Park was raided and the LSPD Detective Division managed to find weapons that are connected to several shootings occurred in East Los Santos. He is alleged to have ties both to the Russian Mob and the Bellantonio Crime Family. His current line of work is unknown to the Major Crimes Bureau. He will be further investigated. Sergeant Michael Casatella was well aware at this point that Dante Muscato was the one behind the terrorism act on July 1, 2025 however due to complications with the forensics analysis, Casatella had his hands tied. After the success he had with former Bellantonio associate Richard Cicero in converting him from a street gangster to a state witness, Casatella decided to take advantage of the phone call received by Dante Muscato and convince him to become an informant against the Bellantonio crime family. Ironically enough, Casatella asked Muscato to meet him at the same parking lot in which the bomb was planted in: Pershing Square Park. Casatella knew the suspect poses a great threat and had to meet him in a public spot in order to limit any attempts of an ambush, a potential kidnapping or even an assassination. After a brief back and forth with no clear cut communication and Muscato being wary enough of Casatella wearing a wire, Casatella was told that he is going to be given an envelope with a secure phone number inside of it. Muscato handed him the envelope and both of them went their separate ways. Casatella weighted the envelope in his hand in order to review the possibility of Dante Muscato handing him an explosive device, considering his line of work. After Casatella got back into the 2018 Ford Explorer, he put the envelope inside of an evidence bag and was reluctant of opening it on his own accord. Sergeant Casatella drove back to the West Vinewood Station and in the presence of other Major Crime Bureau detectives decided to put on a pair of nylon gloves and carefully reveal what's inside of the envelope. A phone number wasn't found, instead a printed photograph of a middle finger. At this point, Michael Casatella decided that Muscato isn't going to be given any more chances of redemption and offers of becoming an informant. The forensics report was provided by the head of LSPD detectives, Thomas McLoughlin, to the current temporary head of LSSD detectives, Michael Casatella, on August 16, 2025. Upon reviewing the analysis of the fingerprints on the homemade explosive, it was confirmed that they belong to Dante Muscato. A high-risk arrest warrant has been approved by Presiding Justice Christopher Shabrovnik on August 17, 2025. The arrest is going to be coordinated by head of LSSD detective unit Michael Casatella together with his Major Crimes Bureau unit. A supplemental intelligence report is going to be submitted once the high-risk arrest warrant has been executed. ATTACHMENTS [H-RAW] Dante Muscato SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 18 AUGUST 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Dante Muscato sentenced to life imprisonment without parole On August 20, 2025, at approximately 2325 hours, the high-risk arrest warrant on Dante Muscato was successfully executed by detective Camila Alvarez along with the tactical cooperation of the Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB). Following an investigation carried out by Sergeant Michael Casatella and Detective Soraya Reynolds, the identity of the bomb planter was known to the Major Crimes Bureau detectives however due to complications of obtaining the forensic analysis, specifically concerning the fingerprints on the homemade explosive, Sergeant Casatella was not able to request the high-risk arrest warrant due to fears of the suspect's chances of legally countering the arrest and potentially fleeing the state of San Andreas afterwards. Upon receiving the forensic analysis from LSPD's Detective Division, Michael Casatella submitted a request for Dante Muscato's arrest warrant on August 15, 2025. He was captured in a coordinated tactical operation spearheaded by Lead Detective Camila Alvarez along with the support of the Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB). Dante Muscato refused to cooperate with the Major Crimes Bureau in order to reveal who had given him the orders of placing the bomb underneath Adam Mora's vehicle. No further intelligence has been obtained by the suspect. Muscato himself refused to pursue this matter in court and legally contest the charge. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole for PC 325. Terrorism. ATTACHMENTS Supplemental intelligence report submitted on July 2, 2025 titled "DOMESTIC TERRORISM AT PERSHING SQUARE PARK" ((CK confirmation)) SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 25 AUGUST 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Bellantonio and Valenti mobs holding private meeting in Casa Di San Lorenzo On August 24, 2025, at approximately 2355 hours, I, Sergeant Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance around Sunset Avenue, utilizing an unmarked 2016 Dodge Charger registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Whereas Sunset Avenue remained relatively quiet with little to none presence around Sharky's and Downtown Royalty Lounge, Sergeant Casatella spotted a group of people leaving a business situated at South Main Street, right on the corner across the Main Street Ammunation. Casatella instantly identified familiar faces as he drove past them with an unmarked 2016 Dodge Charger, he went straight to the intersection between Sunset Avenue and All Saints General Hospital. Sergeant Casatella stepped out of the unmarked vehicle as he withdrew his Canon EOS 3000D camera. He managed to quickly take two photos just as one of the groups were about to leave Casa Di San Lorenzo. The business was not advertised at all on August 24 which means that a private gathering was organized within the establishment. Frank Baldi, Anthony Ulino, Michael DeRosa and Carmen Romano were present from the Bellantonio camp. They were pictured right as Frank Baldi was making his way to the drivers seat of the Black Greenwood, a rental vehicle, accompanied by the rest of his Bellantonio members. Michael Dippolito, an alleged Valenti mob associate and brother William "Bill" Dippolito, alleged Soldier of the Valenti mob, was also pictured leaving Casa Di San Lorenzo, right after the Bellantonio mob exited the building. The remainder of the individuals on the captured surveillance, whom have not been mentioned by name, will remain unidentified for the time being and will be further investigated to identify whether they have any ties to either crime family. The rental vehicle was followed by Michael Casatella and was later on captured on surveillance outside of a garage in Market. The address of the property tied to the garage is 1831 Mildred Avenue, Marina, Los Santos 313. That area is going to be closely monitored from now on as Sergeant Casatella believes that this could be one of the places that the Bellantonio mob is using to hide their weaponry and narcotics. Casa Di San Lorenzo is also going to be closely monitored by the Major Crimes Bureau. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance footage of Bellantonio and Valenti concluding their private meeting 1831 Mildred Avenue, Marina, Los Santos 313: surveillance footage of Frank Baldi's rental vehicle outside the garage SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 21 SEPTEMBER 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE Eastmoor meetings between Bellantonio and the Russian mob On September 21, 2025, at approximately 0255 hours, I, Sergeant Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance around Eastmoor, utilizing an unmarked 2016 Dodge Charger registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. One of the alleged leaders of the Russian Mob, Marat Gusarov, was pictured entering a beige Blista Compact on Star Street, a vehicle unfamiliar to surveillance yet. The vehicle's license plate reads "2LKF282", the car belongs to Vadim Konstantinov who has featured in prior surveillance reports submitted in the Bellantonio Mob casefile. The Buffalo with license plate "9PXW907" belongs to a familiar Bellantonio associate and alleged hitman, Raymond Flleming. He is one of the main suspects in the "Midnight Massacre", the shootout that occurred outside Sharky's on June 6, 2025. Whereas the surveillance footage doesn't show in which apartment the private meeting was held, it is strongly believable that they met in Frank Baldi's Eastmoor apartment. The supplemental intelligence report is to further show that the Russian mob and the Bellantonio mob are still maintaining some sort of a relationship, whether it's private or strictly business. ATTACHMENTS Surveillance footage of Vadim Konstantinov, Marat Gusarov, Raymond Flleming and Edgar Vittore SUPPLEMENTAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT DATE OF REPORT 27 SEPTEMBER 2025 REPORTING DETECTIVE SERGEANT MICHAEL CASATELLA NARRATIVE V-Rock Hotel On September 25, 2025, at approximately 0015 hours, I, Sergeant Michael Casatella, assigned to the Major Crimes Bureau under callsign 809D1, conducted covert surveillance in Las Venturas, utilizing an unmarked 2016 Dodge Charger registered to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. The majority of Bellantonio mob members have opted out of using their personal phones, either keeping them off at all times or prioritizing the usage of burner phones. However, Sergeant Casatella is still trying to trace the location of their phones daily in the hopes of gathering intel. That was the case with Arnold Guarna's cellphone as it was successfully traced and located in Julius Thruway East, Las Venturas. Upon arriving to the suspected location, Casatella realized that Arnold Guarna was located in V-Rock Hotel, a famous luxury hotel in East Las Venturas. As he was taking surveillance footage, A brown Huntley with license plate "2TPI421" parked outside of the hotel. After checking the registration on the MDC, the vehicle owner turned out to be Mr. Kevin Giampa, a former convict who has previously been charged with Prostitution and Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm in 2018. Despite not having any past surveillance mentioning Mr. Giampa, it is very likely that he is associated with the Bellantonio mob. His involvement is going to be further investigated. Clack
I have most likely fucked up the formatting somewhere as I had to copy and paste the entire casefile from the LSSD forums in which they are still using the old BBCodes from the legacy forums. I wanted to show to the community the depths that the Major Crimes Bureau had taken the casefile on the Bellantonio faction. Whereas it was primarily myself spearheading a one man casefile on an entire faction, I did receive enough help from my faction whenever I truly needed it, whether it was a patrol partner or sending in the menaces from SEB. As a LCN roleplayer for more than 10 years, I never really experienced the constant pressure of law enforcement in the way that I wanted. Investigate roleplay wasn't a niche picked up by many players and those who did either lacked the patience to carry out long-term investigations or just didn't fully comprehend the dynamics of being a detective. So I did it myself. I walked in with having absolutely no prior investigative roleplay experience and just followed my intuition and used common sense all the time. The initial plan was to investigate Valenti however due to their inactivity, we had head down the other side of the city and investigate Bellantonio instead. Their leadership knows that we have had or ups and downs however as I look back at it, I have no regrets. I was planning to go for Valenti next and even spoke to their leadership OOC'ly about it however I just don't have it in me to continue this type of roleplay. I've invested too many hours of my life in the Bellantonio casefile and honestly, I am burnt out. So for all the Valenti guys, I'm sorry. NOTE: Some of the hyperlinks lead to the LSSD forums and you will not be able to have any access to see them. I have a lot of surveillance footage that I haven't included in the casefile itself, you can see it all here.
