For me, it's definitely a buffalo blue cheese burgers with plenty of buffalo sauce, and a loaded baked potato. One of those big fuck-off huge Idaho potatoes. With the skin buttered, salted, with minced garlic. Wrapped in aluminum foil so the skin gets really flavorful and crispy... and then, pop that bad boy open, a good lil' liberal helping of butter, bacon, cheese, and a small dollop of sour cream. Plenty of black pepper.
