It'll remain the same. We may look at an incentive for new players, i.e X amount over X amount of time, but that's yet to be confirmed.

I assume direct transfer of characters from one game to the other is impossible, but how is the system regarding playing the same character on both games? Or even worse, name-theft?

Character name-theft will not be possible. Names currently held on either platform will be inaccessible to anyone but the owner.

If someone for instance gets banned on the SA-MP server, is he gonna be able to play on the RAGE-MP server, and the other way around?

 

Also what about the admin records, are they gonna be shared?

Bans will be shared. You'll have one account for LS-RP, which you can use for both RageMP and SAMP. As such the UCP will also be shared with separate sections for SAMP/RAGE-specific functionalities. Hope this clears it up for you.

No, assets will remain. 

Yes, we'll run the server on 0.3DL.
