Thanks for your question. Houses with existing owners from when the SAMP server shut, will still retain ownership of those houses. However once we open, those players and their assets will be subject to activity requirements (details TBC), meaning that any players who are inactive will at some point have their properties listed for auction, allowing other players the chance to buy them.

The prison will be available at launch, yes, as SADCR.

The Illegal Faction Team is busy working things out for SA-MP. Faction threads that may not be up to the servers standards are not necessarily the number one priority right now. They'll be reviewed in due course, and if found to be subpar, action will be taken.

this could actually help even more in bringing the players on SAMP because everything is mostly set on old forums and people can see all the old factions and also if some people want to bring them factions back it's easier for them to do it on the old forums
