I would try deleting whatever copy of GTA sa you have and use one of these. Either Gporium's GTA or Roze's GTA. These are both known working, entire copies of GTA that you can just install, put on a drive, and launch samp/omp right away. No need to crack or downgrade anything.

This question might have been asked but how do I import my old account back? like do I need to register on the UCP and ask to add him or something?

I think your best bet is to make a ticket request on the Discord server.

Hello, is there any way to access into the UCP without an email since I don't receive anything on the email I have set 7 years ago when I made the account and when I try for verification, still same issue with it.

Create a ticket in the Discord if you're having issues with verification. Make sure you're logging in-game to SA:MP to get a verification email sent to you, then make sure you're checking the correct email address.

I created the request on the discord server, I'm waiting now for an answer from them, I checked multiple times during these last 2 days, I am not able to access it anymore.
