This thread follows the life of Billy Gorka, an Australian immigrant, now Citizen of the United States and his duties within the Los Santoc County Public Works as well as his personal life.

 

Despite being quite sick and being advised to stay inside, Billy decides to go out in the piss-poor weather and try to improve the homeless shelter with a little "dining" area to support the local homeless people. A personal project, not the usual Directorial duties he finds himself in.

Billy attends the HONOR A FIRST RESPONDER event at Fastlane Ent's Cafe Redemption.

 

The event came to an abrupt end when the rain came pouring.

Billy finds a bin laying on the side of the road after being told of its whereabouts, he cleans it up and takes it back to HQ in the back of a Boxville.

After some time with the Government, Billy elects to start his own company and leave the warmth of Public Works.
