  4. -The Birth of IBL County Division- Alexa Ortiz and Calvin Redmond had been longtime friends and recently started working together at IBL Logistic, a company known for its precision and reliability in transportation and supply chain management. Over the time, both had witnessed a growing need for enhanced security and asset protection, especially as IBL began handling high-value cargo and operating across multiple counties with sensitive delivery routes. Alexa, the company’s Operations Strategist, first noticed the vulnerability in county-level logistics delayed response times, limited local coordination, and rising theft incidents in remote areas. Calvin, the Head of Risk and Compliance, had been developing protocols to tighten shipment tracking and personnel verification, but he knew a dedicated security division was the missing piece. During a late-night strategy session in the company’s logistics hub, Alexa proposed an idea: “What if we built a division focused purely on security operations local intelligence, escort units, and county-level coordination?” Calvin immediately saw the potential. Together, they drafted the framework for what would become the IBL County Division a specialized branch of IBL Logistic focusing on county-based security, asset protection, and response coordination. Within months, they developed the foundation: secure communication networks, trained rapid-response teams, and partnerships with local law enforcement. The County Division soon became a critical part of IBL’s operations, ensuring not just timely deliveries but also safety, compliance, and trust across every route. Their collaboration led IBL Logistic to create a new sub-division dedicated fully into security services, setting a new industry standard.
  5. Well as a member of IBL right now, I'm leading an business under the IBL - QuickFix mechanics and I can say it's pretty fun, but the people ignore that type of roleplay bcs they have PNS to repair the cars Trucking is a great job to roleplay, but everyone including me are doing it just for the profits most of the time, script is also kinda boring, just a side hustle for money, it's rare to see big deliveries like we did a few weeks back in IBL.
  6. Had more fun with 20 players that want to roleplay without - BUY SELL GUNS DRUGS Then with 200+ people who are just driving around, DMing, trucking It's not about the playerbase, it's about how people enjoy and roleplay. I was also DMed by a random with an M4 but who cares People should try new types of roleplay, make a new char with a fresh start ilegal or legal. Take screens, develop your char, listen to music while you play n just enjoy it while you can
  7. Almost 90 players tonight. Not bad for a server that’s “dead” and “done”. Let’s keep it up and hopefully get staff to be more participating.
  8. I'm holding your "official by saturday" claim against you See u behind flint gas tonight
  9. How exactly does the server glorify illegal roleplay over anything else? There's tens of company features, people make millions out of it while investing 1/4 the effort it takes into running an illegal faction. I've interacted with both sides of the server at length, and I can safely say that if I ever wanted to make it 'big' in terms of gaining assets, world presence, or generally a crowd to roleplay with - I'd stick to running a company. Civilian/Company roleplayers get access to licensed guns, free vehicles, large financial handouts, and businesses that they can acquire for dirt cheap; those pump out 5x their monthly upkeep through entrance fees alone. Not to mention the population is mainly made up of non-faction players and police factions; who don't shy away from overkilling any criminal interaction they have the pleasure of witnessing. The server's tides are balanced, if not completely tilted towards your side.
