  2. Company Owner: Raimundo_Benitez Company Co-Owner (if any): Edgar_Benitez Have you received any admin punishment in the last 3 months? No Company Thread: [To be linked] Will the company be associated with a faction? Yes, loosely tied to a Norteño-themed community/faction operating in Red County (Fresa Crazy Flakes). The owner itself is a civilian and community figure so the business itself will be open to all characters and used to support wider roleplay around Blueberry. However, Raimundo's nephews, Edgar and Frederico, are gang-affiliated. Company Members: Raimundo Benitez Age: 62 Role: Terminal Foreman, Community Leader A devout Catholic and longtime Red County resident, Raimundo runs the Red County Truck Terminal with old-school discipline. Known as Don Ray to locals, he’s respected in the community for keeping young men out of trouble, while quietly turning a blind eye to those already in it. His hands might be clean, but his name carries weight. Edgar "Viriz" Benitez Age: 36 Role: Community Figure (Currently Incarcerated) A former rapper and self-proclaimed street visionary, Edgar, aka Viriz, once ran the streets of Blueberry before being locked up for narcotics and weapons charges. Though currently serving his second bid, Edgar remains an influential presence behind the scenes, passing orders and strategy through tight-knit family channels. Raimundo's son. Frederico "Fresa Fred" Benitez Age: 20 Role: Field Operator, Street-Level Logistics Known as Fresa Fred, Frederico was raised between the strawberry fields and the trailer parks of Blueberry. He's now in charge of keeping Edgar’s name alive on the streets, while still helping Uncle Ray with odd jobs at the Terminal. Calm, loyal, and recently hardened, Fred is the family's youngest shot-caller, and learning fast. Raimundo's nephew. Valeria Benitez Age: 28 Role: Office Manager, Kitchen Lead Valeria handles the Terminal's paperwork, scheduling, and food operations with quiet efficiency. Though never in the streets herself, she's well aware of the family's full range of activities. If Uncle Ray keeps the lights on, Valeria keeps the books clean and the kitchen warm. Raimundo’s daughter and Edgar’s sister. Company Name: Los Pochos Type of Company: Family-owned, chicano company which may run different types of businesses across Blueberry as it evolves. Beyond food, it creates local employment opportunities and encourages neighborhood RP including cook jobs, low-income stories, and cultural events. Company Location: Initially, we are operating at the Truck Terminal Red County in Blueberry, which is already scripted and accessible to everyone. In our narrative, Raimundo owns that terminal for years and his nephews (specially Fred) help him out. (Screenshot will be attached in the forum thread.) Is the company already established?: Yes. There is ongoing roleplay tied to Fresa Trailer Park and the terminal. All characters of the Benitez family are active on developing it. What vehicles do you wish to start with? (Max 2): Picador Towtruck Do you want a company bank?: Yes. It will improve the distribution of wealth among all players involved, giving them freedom to invest their fair-share however their characters might see fit. How do you plan on running and developing the company? Basic Plan: We aim to create realistic small businesses rooted in Chicano culture, reflecting immigrant work ethic, street flavor, and community energy. Out of the Truck Terminal, the company will slowly expand into operating a local eatery (tacos, burritos, etc) and possibly other businesses, as more players come around and roles are filled organically. We’ll host: RP for bikers, truckers, lowriders, and county locals. Job openings for player cooks, janitors, and delivery roles. Events like barbeques and meetings at the truck terminal, Food truck extension in East LS or county fairs in the future. What it brings to the server: A grounded, immersive business with a cultural twist. Unique low-income Red County RP hub. Opportunities for newer players to RP employment. A fun, community-forward project with no emphasis on script income, but on organic RP and culture. We already sketched the operation of a couple businesses in the Blueberry area: (RUNNING) Truck Terminal Red County (will run a Wash & Detail on the sidelines, future hub for trucker/lowrider meetings) Fonda Los Pochos (a local food spot offering affordable Mexican-American eats - cheap entry fee) Red County Junk & Salvage (a scrapyard-style business dealing in metals, broken machinery, and random old tools - chop shop if possible) Pochos Rural Services (random gigs: moving firewood, repairing fences, cleaning out barns - keeps players in the field) Tienda del Rancho (tool shop or 24/7 - tool shop prefered, where /buy works like the mall's tool shop) Also a little side-note, most businesses in the Red County are dead, literally closed for lack of supplies and seemingly inactive owners. Our main goal is to revert that situation.
