Well let's face it, people mostly want to rob and Deathmatching these days, that's why after the server re-opened nobody wants to RP outside and the city feels like a ghost town, and that kind of RP is very repetitive but is what people want to do, also for companies, specially truckers companies, the script has been broken since the beginning so only some routes give some money and the rest don't, and some routes that doesn't give money are the routes that are needed to re-stock the 24/7 stores for example (i've made several post about that) and if the trucking system is broken the economy is broken because is the only way mostly new people have to make money. Also some people quit after the gun licenses have been taken away after trying defend themselves from people trolling or stealing and the courts has been shut down so there is no way to take the licenses back unless you pay for a namechange which is not very good if you have a character that you want to develop and people with gun licenses are people that usually do civillian RP, so is a very large chain of problems they complement each other.
