    Darius Cook had been laying low He kepts his head down after the heat from his last run. The trap was quiet, almost too quiet. But silence never lasted long in his world. Once the product touched down and the phones started ringing again, he got the trap jumping like old times. The junkies started pulling up, fiends nodding off on the porch, and money piling up like it never left. When Korey got locked up Darius vanished from the scene. No word, no calls... just silence. Some thought he skipped town, others said he laid low to avoid catching heat from Korey’s case. But those that knew him best? They knew Darius was just playing it smart.

    This photo surfaced in an archive labeled 'LS Historical Society: 1942–49'. Depicted is a weathered-era building with a bold dragon mural above the doorway. The mural’s artist remains unknown, and it’s absent from city planning diagrams or County records. Given the dragon’s scale and the unique border, some speculate it was painted to mark a gathering place for second-generation Japanese-Americans—a cultural landmark long since forgotten.
