Fixed some issues where certain screenshots were not picked up. Should have re-archived old posts from this forum affected by the bug.

I agree that more rules that limit roleplay is usually just frustrating. Another thing to limit creativity and increase the chance of accidentally breaking rules. However - Sadly, people that partake in robberies are rarely in it for any roleplay, for themselves or others. So it just ruins the atmosphere for everyone but themselves, OOCly. If you're roleplaying properly, and you have good reason to need outside the scope of the rules, admin permission is there. I don't really see the issue. EDIT: Before I get slammed let me add that in an ideal world we'd have no rules around robberies and RoE. It'd all be dealt IC and it'd be amazing. But sadly that's just not feasible. Most mass robbers/DMers are on a different character every other day so there's no way for LEOs to do anything worthwhile etc.

Back in like 2018 ish PD/SD was crazy. Anyone doing non-LEO RP would agree. You'd just have squad cars rolling around 4 deep, usually with staff, and they'd just be looking for shoot-outs. I'm not sure if that got better closer to the server closing or not, but it was a big factor for many illegal RPers leaving around 2018-19, etc. It does feel like it's swung too far in the other direction now, as others have said above me. I do believe there will be a better balance once more forensics features get added down the line.

Definitely a step in the right direction. Anyone wanting to do something outside those parameters should be taking a lot of care and precaution so a simple /re is not hard.

New feature. If you do a search and scroll down you can export all the results as direct image URLs and even get the BBCode.
