IFT/IFC Issue aside, the community's unending negativity also took its toll. People stopped roleplaying for fun and simply started to RP to win as evident by the same people reporting one another over scenes that shouldn't even happen in the first place. We should go back to our roots and enjoy simple passive RP and relax a little. Instead of these never ending shootouts that are obviously aren't even fun for their participants since they always end up in a /b fiesta and a report.

Since we're talking about our portrayals here, You've got your Boss and Underboss publicly associating with their narcotics dealing acting like this isn't 2024 and there's a camera pointed at you at all times. I don't think murdering clowns in broad daylight in the middle of an intersection is a very realistic portrayal of a modern LCN Underboss. More reports on your members that weren't even made by Bellomo members by the way than half of LSRPs factions combined Mr.Quality RP. The fact that you find yourselves in a Bellomo business every other day just to do your best to bait a violent reaction because your leadership has the mental maturity of a newborn baby is also funny, can't get over IC events and turned it into an OOC feud. Apparently keeping a low profile and minding your own business amounts to a low quality portrayal but I can't blame you since you're used to killing five people per day for looking at you funny. By the way tell your friends to keep creating level 1 accounts to drive straight from the airport to The Brickhouse just to troll, we enjoy it. What have Vesci contributed to the server other than filling the forums with screenshots of voided scenes and report threads? If you had an ounce of common sense and decency we wouldn't even have made a single report but yeah, keep that childish notion that everyone is out to get you because you're too good. If everyone says you smell like shit then you probably smell like shit and it isn't an issue with their sense of smell. I apologize for derailing the thread but there's so much bs a man can read without replying to it. It's a good thread with multiple opinions and valid ideas, I just hope management can utilize them properly before it's too late.

I'm not entertaining corruption accusations or anything, or even believe it'll make the world a better place, it's simply a step in the right direction to keep people from formulating baseless arguments for the sake of riling the community up. Yeah people will still find a way to complain but from my own experience on previous servers it's always a safer approach to disarm theorists by having everything out in the public where they can't pull the shady staff backrooms arguments. Also I think you misunderstood my argument, it's the same process except it's visible to the public eye. As for anyone talking about SAMP dying, yeah it is dying and we're here to enjoy whatever is left before it happens, doesn't mean we have to compromise when it comes to RP standards, I'd rather enjoy what little time I have to spare than complain or formulate reports because some prefer shooting or trolling over roleplaying.

To put an end to any conspiracies or half truths or simply any staff bias, I believe IFM/IFC duties should be displayed to the public instead of being locked behind discord servers or private staff forums. A faction is being nominated to potentially attain official status? that staff discussion should be visible to the community where they state the pros and cons of said faction. A player/faction applied for smuggler perms or strawman? same concept, these discussions need to be visible to the public eye. Let the community see for themselves, let them hold staff liable for any potential bias. Such Applications should be viewed publicly where only staff members can reply, pretty sure adjusting perms to an existing subforum or a new one doesn't take any effort. That's one thing off the top of my head that may help ease the player-staff tensions going on since forever, a step for the betterment of the community. A few bad apples will always complain and assume the world is out to get them, but their voices won't cause any issues when the average member can see the inner workings for themselves to make an educated assessment. On another note regarding factions and RP standards, the IFM can always go above and beyond in terms of recruitment and assign a suitable handler for each faction, unofficial or official to simply monitor and guide where needed, punishing people is all fun and game but I prefer that we use the carrot a few times before the stick.

That's LSRPs main issue right now as a large chunk of active groups prefer this approach, cheap quick thrills with little to no regard towards server standards that honestly make me wonder if it's even a heavy RP server anymore. It's as if white collar crime doesn't exist to some people outside the LCN scene and prefer to RP the same hotheaded no bullshit in your face type of character as it's always guarantees them nonstop escalation to the smallest encounter. It's a community effort to guide those who are guilty of doing, hell, maybe even shun and ostracize them if necessary as some people are too hard headed to see any error in their ways. Maybe utilize the faction team you suggested to point out such organizations/groups so the staff team may take appropriate action to guide them properly, It's genuinely sad that at parts of the map it's difficult to mind your business and develop your character without people approaching you with OOC malice chasing those quick thrills. LSRPs new player experience need a complete overhaul, a new player will find it extremely difficult to fund any form of RP without having to grind excessively for days, on V the startup was easier and had systems in place to support RP while SAMP rots away. LSRPs economy is beyond saving and it will never be fixed, a proper approach the staff team can make is to simply throw money at RP it's as simple as that. Players should be able to start a company or a business or lease an office without having to think about grinding scripted jobs, I'm pretty sure most of us if not all are grown adults with little to no time to dedicate to anything other than roleplaying with our factions and friends.
