    The truth is these areas are rife with gangs in real life, how would restricting the areas to mobs do anything besides restrict rp and stop people from rping what they want?

    ped skins are a must imo, especially the gang ped skins. there's only so much u can do with modded clothing and gta online skins, i for one hating playing with a gta online skin, i like the marabunta & vagos skins that are available in the original game

    yeah of course, that's not really what i was referring to, i was more referring to real world news/events that would pertain to gang member characters for example.

    of course people use real life stuff ingame, it'd be stupid if we had to roleplay GTA lore.
