Props to those that have been actively advocating for change since the creation of this topic as well as my own (now deleted one). Not one person should feel like they need to conform and are unable to speak about issues; this is a community and therefore all voices deserve to be heard. Without regular members and players there would not be a community to moderate, which is something that some tend to forget.
Change is happening to an extent, which is good to see. We have also recently seen Nakahara-Kai close. Joey tried to lay blame at FTC's feet, which was false and unfair of him to do so considering the baseless accusations. FTC (or IFT) did not neglect Nakahara-Kai; the faction was given a second chance despite some questionable reports received and were even given a chance to redeem themselves after activity fell drastically. The closure came after I personally dropped some hard truths to their leadership in a Discord server named "The Coalition".
FTC have been actively trying to push changes these last couple of weeks. I don't want to say what, where, when and how as to avoid leaking staff material (despite not being staff myself), but rest assured things are being done to improve on some flaws.
My original topic and post was made with the intention of publicising issues for the community to be aware of and comment on, hoping to create better transparency across the board. I'd be deluded to say that this has happened, but it is what it is.
I will likely be banned again, as my appeal to have my forum ban overturned was denied by Mmartin. I personally find this unfair, considering I broke no forum rules, however there's not much that can be done about that. I just wanted to post a company update and also read up on what had been said here since.
Love and respect to the real as always.
