Rebel 500 is really good for a starter bike, but yeah, I think that Indian Scout looks way better. How much would you spend for a Honda Rebel 500? I assume that if you said "starter bike" it means that in future you might want to change it, so it means more money.. maybe buying the Indian Scout you might even save money on long term.

I think they are needed but remember that actually PED Skins can't modify their outfit, so you wouldn't be able to change your clothes for work ( example ), for an event etc...

Forced a police "traffic stop" with my bike ( CBR1000rr Fireblade ). They were on the side of a road, stopping cars for checks: it was night and I was in a hurry so I didn't stop, they didn't even chase me.
