Describe your scenario and your plan:

Starting from Edward Arco's initiative, he and Eugene Franza are organizing a robbery, targeting the construction site next to the freeway in Little Seoul. Edward Arco has already scouted the location and identified two large cable drums of copper as targets. The plan is to steal a fitting vehicle for transportation of the drums, while actually robbing the drums during the night in costumes. Vladan Kuzmanovic will be responsible of transportation. Afterwards, the drums are moved to a storage and the stolen vehicle will be disposed. Edward and Eugene plan to sell the copper through Frank Albergo, a soldier of Bellomo Crime Family, who has a fence among international contacts.
