Rodger Dinkler, known on the streets as "Steel", grew up grinding through the broken concrete of Los Santos.
Bounced between garages, chop shops, and outlaw biker bars before he was old enough to drink, Steel learned quick: hard work didn't pay, but crime did!

By the time he was twenty-five, he was moving guns for outlaw motorcycle clubs and flipping stolen weapons through the back alleys of Los Santos.

Steel never wanted the spotlight. He wanted control, making money without causing unwanted attention, the right chemicals, the right place to cook... and enough nerve to ride on the edge.
