Moments ago I was banned again.

 

My point was that I am being banned for offering my side of events despite having both first and second hand proof via screenshots of conversations with other members of staff, including lead admins and management. This is something that Michael is aware of and that Mmartin is forcefully censoring me for.

 

Unfortunately I cannot add images via attachment on a mobile device and therefore I invite anybody who wishes to see said evidence to message me via Discord and I will be more than happy to oblige requests.

 

Mmartin claims I never raised these concerns to him, however has a reputation for not responding to PMs. Michael and badhbh were both aware of some albeit not all issues.

 

I am called a liar despite having this evidence to back my claims up and am still being banned on my main and alternative accounts simply because it is easier to bury the truth than to acknowledge it or take action.

 

My original post was made with the intention of action being taken against some questionable things server wide and therefore information was withheld due to not wanting to further demolish a failing community. 

 

This will be my final post - anybody who seeks this proof to counter this allegation that I am apparently a toxic liar are free to do so.

 

Do not waste your time and do not settle for censorship. This is not a communist state, it is supposed to be a gaming community wherein we are all transparent. I had not leaked staff material not broken any rules worthy of a ban.

I don't get around to responding to all PM's, that's correct. Every staff report is processed and can be audited, if you submitted a staff report or anything with solid evidence, I'm 100% confident they'd act on it. If you have something so-so damning, why not send it to me directly?

We could acknowledge the truth if you actually send the "truth", any evidence to either of the people you've namedropped instead of going scorched earth because you've been removed (twice now) from the team due to misconduct after several warnings.

If this was your true intention - you'd send the evidence already to me, or someone else in leadership. You never did that, instead you decided to spread misinformation and lies on forums. If there was anything truthful in your post, you drown it out by the fluffer that's provably untrue. If you have anything solid, send it to me directly.

You're right, it's a gaming community. Continuous toxic behavior has no place in it. That's why you were removed from the staff team. You're no longer welcome in the community, and you can continue to blame the deep conspiracy for that, or just send whatever the evidence you have to me directly, so it can be processed like all staff reports are processed. A process which involves multiple people overlooking it with very, very little room for any bias.

 

You self-admitted to harboring staff abuse and cheaters - and still didn't send any of the evidence for that, and threatened to leak staff chats. I'm not sure what you expected the result will be if you choose to go out this way on a lie-fueled smearing campaign instead of following appropriate channels.

 

I get really riled up about any form of staff abuse, and we have very strict policies regarding that. So if any such report goes through our hands we punish it harshly, because I (and leads too) take these personally.

Before you ban me, which I assume you will, @Mmartin - I ask that you leave these posts up because I have not been inflammatory or offensive to anybody, but have instead raised concerns and further elaborated on the motive, reasons and countered your claims that I am a liar. There was no sense in replying to each of your points constructively given that I am banned, but if given the chance would have. Considering I was one of the more outspoken and active members of staff I would imagine that this courtesy would be extended despite what reasons I may have been removed for, as my staff removal was not the motive for bringing these things to the public; I was hoping transparency would be respected and it would push people to take more of a stance against certain standards that are not being upheld.

 

Give me the chance to voice my opinion and I will respond to your previous points one by one when I have more time to be able to later this evening.

Well as you can tell you haven't been banned, to leave you space to send the "evidence" you have to me directly via forum messages. I'll trust that you do that so it can be actually reviewed and I'll happily be proven wrong and that it's not just waffle like other parts of your post. Take advantage of this if your intentions are actually to bring justice and clear your name, instead of further fueling a flamewar on forums.

 

That being said, let's refrain from discussing this here any further as not to derail the OP, which was made with the opposite intention as your topic was - to actually improve the server. I recommend people to take a page out of Busato's book on how to be critical yet constructive, without bending the truth and inciting flame.

Improvements go hand in hand with what I originally made a separate topic for because I was aiming to have issues that were raised fixed or staffed. I cannot go into or reply to every point you have made at the minute as quoting isn't the best on mobile devices, but whilst the kids are entertained with friends I am able to give a more concise reply now. For the sake of the people who have already witnessed these posts, I think it would only be fair for me to counter points already made here. I have not insulted, flamed or breached any leaking rules and therefore do not think it necessary to ban me or remove my messages.

 

Yes, I told badhbh that I had dirt on some members of staff, as well as other members of the community, however previously withheld this information as to not further damage a population that is failing; the majority of the server is using hacks such as aimbots in 2024 and therefore I have personally taken less of a stern approach. The only time I have found this to be problematic is when it ruins or halts roleplay, otherwise I couldn't care less. I withheld this from the public post I made as to not cause disruption and instead focus on points that could be moderated - sometimes publicity is the best way to push an agenda and change.

 

I have provided proof to both Michael and badhbh as to why I pointed out that Spectre argued against the commerce, property and company systems; whether or not it is true that this was exaggerated by the member of Management who told me is not a fault of my own. Similarly, I was told by a lead admin and Cashew that Spectre was the driving force behind the opposition against the company update. I have evidence of Discord conversations that prove this member of the lead admin and management team discussing these issues with me - if this was false then the issue is not with me, but rather with them.

 

I have never lied and have always been big on telling the truth and therefore dismiss claims of being a liar or toxic. I have been removed from the staff team, yes, but that is not the motive behind posting what I did. I have explained this to lead admins, management and regular members of the community alike.

 

When I have access to a laptop I can both provide screenshots of said conversations (to prove I'm not a liar, lol) and also comment on points so as to gauge a proper discussion.

I'll have time to reply properly later but what I'll say for now is that people should be cognizant of the tone they are bringing to this discussion, stop jumping to conclusions from a limited perspective, and treat one another with respect. If you are done with LSRP and think it's a lost cause that's fine but go find something better to do with your time than coming here to drag it down. Many of us still see potential and the purpose of this thread is for the community to work together to find solutions. There will always be differing opinions and as such no one will ever be 100% satisfied but that shouldn't stop us from having a constructive discussion about the best path forward for LSRP.

It's quite sad to see this faction close, but there is no doubt that you left a mark. Despite the past between us, I am proud to have taken part in this faction. In the last few weeks, you have seen a degree of increase in your activity, but it's a shame that it ended like this.

This topic is emotionally charged, and it affects almost every user who comments here. Before posting anything incorrect to influence other readers, do a self-evaluation. Yes, the server is not at its peak, but the number of players still justifies its existence.

I've also had a tough time here in the last few months, but we have to keep going because it's just a video game. Try not to fool other players or stick to them that the server is leaning over and these are his last days.

Without any accountability or agreements between LSRP and its admins, favoritism and nepotism are bound to flourish. Allegedly, there’s even a private Discord group where admins and friends decide who gets perks and who doesn’t. 

 

Trying to apply for an OOC perk? You’ll likely find it’s reserved for admin friends, even if your character’s story justifies it. And if someone in that circle has a grudge against you, don’t expect fairness. 

Here, many roleplay their “ideal persona”, often blending IC egos with OOC actions. And, if you’re known for calling out management issues, “special admins” are the ones who will handle your reports (or those against you). Even with proof, their responses often come off as dismissive, biased, or unnecessarily harsh.

 

It’s no surprise players feel frustrated after investing weeks, even months, into character development only to be blocked while others easily get perks or even IC weapons through OOC deals. Some spend thousands of hours hoping to reach FM or tester status, yet new testers pop up with barely any game time or forum posts.

It’s a system run by a kakistocracy, where favoritism replaces merit and those most trusted hold the most influence.

In the end, this lack of fairness strips the game of the satisfaction and thrill it should offer.

I never mentioned any of my or other players reports or any factual decision there. The things that I have stated are a general truth, and people who have been playing on this server for a while know that damn well. And I'm pretty sure you're not the one to tell me if I have a merit or not, lol. I'm pretty aware I'm not deserving, so I didn't even ask for anything anymore after being denied without reasons for separate requests a couple of times. You quoting my report here has no value, I have already provided evidence of being shot only one time and while in the middle of the 50 meters of water that I "olympically swam" but that's outside of the scope of this discussion as that report was already concluded ages ago.  This rhetoric that there's no conspiracies and no illuminati is just a silly way of covering up stuff rather then provide transparency. Else how could we have staff members with FACTUAL 0 in-game time?
