pBzXFAD.png- Ice City , 1100
The ice city was a time for the 1100 Swerve Team , where it was nothing but back-to-back feuds; this happened because of the ongoing rivalry between them and the Lower Bottom Acorn Project. Due to this, the new and old generations would have a small dispute within the 1100 Swerve Team; a lot of the older generation of families argue to stop/control the war between the two notable gangs due to all the violence. Both the relentless killings to the government's gentrification & oppression, the older generation attempted to control the memo despise the past. The newer generation members don't agree with their decades worth of gang-banging wisdom after the Lower Bottom Acorn Project members killing of reputable member 1100 Eddy during a party dating back to the early 2020s. This upset the 1100 Posse, and from then on it was war that reignited the same flame many years ago.

Years would pass and more and more violence would commence between the two. One notable story would be the shooting of a local who the Lower Bottom Acorn Project thought was a member of the Swerve Team; this was broadcast on the local news and taken as a sign of warfare. This brought a lot of light to the beef and kept it cracking. The killing of locals has always been looked down upon, and for it to be happening in their neighborhood meant it was on. To this day, if you ride through 1100 Swerve Team area, you'll see "1100K" or "11 Honey Buns," which is a diss to 1100 Swerve Team clique. The younger generation is frontline in this war between the two and hasn't thought about letting up on the opposing side. On top of this, they have many other sets, mostly African American gangs, that they have to worry about too.

- Funk Town , The Struggle

Gentrification is defined by Oxford Languages as the process whereby the character of a poor urban area is changed by wealthier people moving in, improving housing, and attracting new businesses, typically displacing current inhabitants in the process. Real estate appraisers deemed the large population of African Americans in Davis as “undesirable” for investment. None-just-cause evictions and an escalation in rent prices devastated the homes of minorities in Davis. Despite the constant attempts to displace the population of minorities in Davis, the people persisted. The community banded together to hire several tenant rights attorneys and immigration lawyers to fight back against the looming L.S. County officials.

Davis is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Los Santos south of the lengthy freeway, Olympic. The neighborhood is primarily a residential neighborhood filled with numerous houses and apartments. The surrounding housing complexes are described as almost like a maze or a modern jungle as it is filled with tight alleyways and corners. Before the gentrification occurring in the early 1990s, this area was primarily a middle-class/low-class African American neighborhood. Now today with over 78.1% of the demographic being mainly Hispanic. With Los Santos being the top 10 cities in the U.S. where households with low median incomes were replaced with high-wage earners with six-figure jobs, Davis was on top of those neighborhoods.

- North Pole , 1300

The north pole is infamous for their antics. They renamed it North Pole for negative reasons whilst others were hoping to reflect the affluent and peaceful -- mostly black -- Chamberlain Hills neighborhood nearby. Heading back down, Walker said the new name "North Pole" was given as it began to change in the late 1960s and ‘70s. Drug dealers set up shop in an alley between apartment buildings where they sold PCP. They called it “Ice Alley” Soon the drug trade changed to crack cocaine, he said, and everything went downhill. The 1300 Baby Kane ruled the narcotics scene in the area. High-rent apartment buildings turned into subsidized, low-income housing. Latino families, mostly immigrants, moved in.

The north pole loading on the 1300 side is known for their rap scene. Future star and up-n-coming rapper "keepshit1100" created a song featuring "1300himself" titled, 1300 my cousin.
