The faction aims to accurately and fairly portray a group of white, and Mexican kids between 13-16 years old, who have been influenced by White Fence 13. Character development is the foundation of the faction, as we want all faction characters to have well-illustrated traits and each have their own particularities. Upon joining the faction, members of the faction's high council are allowed to give you CK whenever they deem it necessary.
