Hello there, OG's of GTA SA-MP how to apply on this server?

I’m wondering how others here deal with this uncertainty when planning out a new build. Some people rely heavily on building estimating tools or services to break down costs more clearly and avoid missing critical items. From what I’ve seen, having a structured estimate early on can prevent a lot of budget issues once the project starts taking shape. I’d love to hear what approaches or strategies other builders, contractors, or planners use to maintain accuracy. Whether you use software, outsourced help, or your own system, any insight would be helpful for improving the early planning process.

I picture those moments more than anything else, because they remind me of what’s waiting for me when this is finally behind us. You’re young, and you’ve got the whole world moving around you.
