The Black Line: The Prison side of things. Today incarcerated African American inmates constitute approximately 38.4% of the total federal prison population. The Bolingbroke Penitentiary maintains a similar percentage of incarcerated black inmates in comparison to the total federal population. This allows for the African American side of the Bolingbroke Penitentiary to be strong in numbers, but the problem was its internal factors. Many incarcerated African American inmates often clashed with each other due to being from different street gangs that often had feuds with each other. This allowed for other cars such as the Southside car and the Aryan Brotherhood to have a much stronger foothold in prison due to their highly centralized and militant system in prison. With all this infighting and internal problems within the black side of prison the development of different black cards were they would put the infighting aside and would instead form different sets of cards they would go under in prison to maintain order inside the prison. Today “The Black Line” in prison isn’t as militaristic as it was back then with organizations like The Black Guerilla Family in prison, but instead has a street gang card system where people are put under whichever card their gang politics align in, which each card have one shot caller which dictates to people members in street gangs under their card. This is established in order to maintain unity and stability in the black side of prison. The All Money Network Clique (AFM) The All Money Network clique, or known as the All For Money clique was created in order to act as the second part of the Black Line organization. This clique typically involves themselves in working for the Black Line and making money by methods such as, trafficking drugs through the San Andreas prison system and trafficking drugs outside throughout Los Santos, the trafficking of arms, pimping and various other illegal methods of making money. This clique helps to work to help, supply and do business with the black scene in Los Santos and the higher ranks in the clique look to help fund and supply the main Black Line in prison following the orders that they were given. The All Money clique typically masks these illegal ventures by masking themselves behind various businesses that consist from barbershops to record labels. This is for them to keep stability in their legal aspect of making money in order to launder the illegal money that is made through their illicit methods. Some of these businesses have recently caught backlash for potentially involving themselves in illegal scenes being involved in pump lines for drug trafficking and gun trafficking and even having some of these businesses be linked to uncovered murders of certain individuals in Los Santos. OOC Information This faction will be the portrayal of black prison roleplay in the Bolingbroke Penitentiary under “The Black Line.” While also portraying the organized side of crime between black factions in Los Santos. Recruitment to be part of the organization is done in-character, but you can still join the discord to help kickstart your roleplay within the faction where information will be provided on both sides of the faction.

Script Name: Drug Manufacturing | Script Author: Mmartin | Written By: badhbh Introduction Los Santos Roleplay offers the drug manufacturing ability. Players can now engage in the production of Crack Cocaine and Ecstasy Pills. This feature involves gathering resources, crafting the drugs, and dealing with the risks that come with it. We've broken down the details for each substance and the entire production process in the sections that follow. Crack Cocaine Cooking Crack Cocaine cooking requires two furniture items inside your own property, which you'll need to purchase through /furniture, and two ingredients, which you'll need to find yourself. Furniture items: Stove (Models are: prop_cooker_03, cooker4, v_res_ovenhobmod) Frying pan (Model is: prop_kitch_pot_fry) Ingredients: Cocaine Baking Soda Once you've purchased your oven, you'll need to purchase a frying pan through /furniture and place it on top of one of the burners, which looks like this: Once you've bought the furniture items required for crack cocaine cooking, you'll have to approach the oven and press 'U' and select the oven from the menu provided. You should also see the frying pan in this list (ignore frying pan for now). Switch on the burner beneath your frying pan through the menu provided: Once that's done, you'll notice that the pans are starting to heat up. It's time to add our ingredients! Getting back to the frying pan, use the 'U' menu again and select Frying Pan > Operate. You'll need some specific amount of cocaine, and any other ingredients that are used to cook crack cocaine. Note: If you do not wish to use your entire stash, it's best to split your ingredients before completing this step — otherwise if you fail, you risk losing it all. You'll then be faced with the following menu, which explains the process further: Once your chosen ingredients are added, you'll need to figure out how long to allow the product to cook, and cool down before you collect it. If the ratio of ingredients are incorrect, or your timing is off — your product will be a 'dud', which results in the loss of the ingredients used and you do not receive any salvageable product item. You may want to play with the timing of how long you allow it to cook and cool down, however once you're ready to take up your product and add it to your inventory, simply open the 'U' menu and select Operate. You'll then receive the following pop-up: Good luck, you might need it! Pill Pressing Pill pressing requires one furniture item inside your own property, which you'll need to purchase through /furniture, and few ingredients, which you'll need to find yourself. Furniture items: Pill Press (Model is: bkr_prop_coke_press_01aa) Ingredients: MDMA and/or methamphetamine Pill Molds Colorants (Orange B, Blue No. 1, Green No. 1) Chemicals (Binding, bulking, anti-caking agents) Once you've purchased your pill press, you'll need to place it down, so you can interact with it. Place it as you'd like within your property to begin: You'll then need to create an inventory within this furniture item, allowing you to place your ingredients and other necessary items inside and create pills. To create an inventory in any furniture item, use /furniture > Current Furniture and select the Pill Press. The following will then be available: Once the item inventory is created, approach the Pill Press and press 'i' on your keyboard to open your inventory, where you'll notice a small bag icon attached to the left hand side. Select this icon to open the pill press inventory. From here, you'll need to move the ingredients you intend to use into the inventory, so they're available to be pressed into a pill form. You should add your pill mould, desired colouring agents, active ingredient/base drug (for now only MDMA can be used), and any other binding/bulking/anti-caking agents as you see fit to the inventory. Close this menu, and press 'U' while in close proximity to the pill press. Once you select 'Operate' you'll reach the following menu: From here, you'll need to name your pill. This allows you to create custom and unique pills which only you know the recipe for. You'll then need to choose how much of each ingredient is used in each pill. The overall amount of ingredients added must total 500mg. It is up to you how much of each ingredient is used, however using too much of one and not enough in another can result in your pill crumbling or otherwise failing. If this happens — you'll lose the amount of ingredients you entered when pressing the pill. If your ratio of ingredients is correct, a message will pop up at the bottom of the UI stating 'Pill pressed successfully' as shown above. Edit Makeup: Allows you to edit your character’s appearance using different makeup options. Clear Makeup: Allows you to remove all makeup currently applied to your character. View Preset: Allows you to view and use all of your previously saved makeup looks. Save Preset: Allows you to save a makeup style as a preset for later use. Options: /makeup command provides the following customization options, Makeup: Allows you to change your character’s eyeshadow or face makeup. Blush: Allows you to choose the color and type of blush for your character. Eyebrows: Allows you to choose different styles and colors for your character’s eyebrows. Complexion: Allows you to change your character’s skin complexion. Lipstick: Allows you to choose your character’s lipstick color and type. To choose different styles for each option, scroll through the Index and Opacity using your cursor and select the option you like. If you wish to change the color, use your scroll wheel to browse through the available options in Color 1 and Color 2. Once you’ve found your character’s perfect look, press the “Save” option to apply it to your character. You can toggle a makeup option by using the option Apply. Additionally if you find yourself in wanting to share your own makeup presets with another player, you can do so by doing command /sharemakeup (player) (current or makeup preset name). Feature In order to get clothing and accessories, head over to a Sub Urban clothing shop (). Once inside, type the /clothes command to choose your outfit. After entering the command, a pop-up will appear on the right side of your screen with a list of different clothing options to choose from. You may select from various types of shirts, blazers, skirts, jeans, pants, shoes, heels, masks, neckwear and more. To move the camera around your character and preview the selected clothing, press M on your keyboard. This will allow you to check your character’s appearance. Once you’ve chosen your desired look, click the “Save Outfit” option to save it to your character. If you want to find a specific type of clothing, such as formal or basic items, or filter by a certain colour, you can use the tags located just below the search bar. To choose between different accessories, type the /buy command. A pop-up will appear on the right side of your screen with various accessories to choose from. LS-RP offers bracelets, earwear, eyewear, headgear and watches. Once you have selected your accessories, make sure to add them to your cart. After completing your selection, click “Checkout”. Once the purchase is complete, open your inventory (I by default), right-click on the accessory, and select “Wear” to equip it. If you wish to remove an accessory, simply right-click on it again and select “Take off.” Locations () Action Wheel Action Wheel can be opened with the default keybind, which is Y, and which you can also reassign to any other keybind, if you're not comfortable using the default keybind. Feature To use the GPS system, type the /gps command to get started. You must have a phone in your inventory, and it must be turned on using /togphone. Once you enter the command, a pop-up will appear on your screen with options to choose between Open Businesses or Favourites. Select the desired option to view available locations, choose where you would like to go, and press “Select” to set a waypoint to that location. To save a location, use the /savegps command and give it a name. Saved locations will appear under Favourites. To delete a saved GPS waypoint, use the /deletegps command. If you wish to set a waypoint to your home, simply use the /home command. To find out which street you are currently on, use /streetname or its shortcut /sn. /gps can be also used to navigate directly to certain properties or addresses: /gps (property number) to put a waypoint to specific property, e.g. /gps 1234 /gps (business name) to put a waypoint to a business, e.g. /gps Limited Gasoline Little Seoul /gps (street name) to put a waypoint to a street, e.g. /gps Palomino Ave Commands /gps — Navigates your destination to a saved location or address /savegps — Saves a GPS location /deletegps — Deletes a saved GPS location /home — Navigates your destination to your home location /streetname, /sn — Displays your current street name

Script Name: Graffiti | Script Author: java, ImperiumXVII & danut | Written By: Sparkles & meri Introduction This feature allows players to spray graffiti on most outdoor walls. Feature Step 1: Utilize /helpme to ask for a spraycan. A Tester may ask questions before giving a spraycan. Step 2: Once a spraycan is acquired, you should equip it! Start by pressing your inventory key on your keyboard ("I" by default), right click the spraycan, then click Equip. Press TAB Key to take it out of your inventory. In order to drop the can, right click on it and press on Drop. Step 3: Use /graffiti to update the text, font, color, and scale wanted for the graffiti. Step 4: Hold ALT near any wall or surface with collision that's available for spraying. TIP: Use your scroll wheel to manually adjust the depth position while holding ALT in preview mode, especially if the object is clipping into a wall or another surface. Step 5: You'll be prompted with a preview of the graffiti and a tooltip that instructs you to hold the LMB to spray the graffiti. However, make sure to hold the LMB while also holding ALT; it won't work if you release ALT and then hold LMB. To make the opacity darker, keep spraying over the graffiti. The system will automatically shake your can as needed, or you can hold RMB to do so manually. TIP: Make sure you're near the surface, as well as look at it, or the opacity of your graffiti will not change. Once you’ve finished spraying the graffiti, a message will appear in the chat confirming that it’s complete. Spraying over other's graffiti: Spraying over existing graffiti you or someone else has created is much simpler, and you have the freedom to do so at any time. The system will automatically lock your preview onto it when you are holding alt. TIP: It is important to note that not all surfaces work for spraying graffiti. If a preview doesn't appear, try a different wall or surface. Script Name: Pets | Script Author: java | Written By: Sparkles & meri Introduction This feature allows players to have their own pets. Player-owned pets must be purchased first through the UCP. The cost for monthly pet access is 500 credits. The default slot is one, to get more pet slots it is 500 credits per slot. There is a limit of 5 pets per character and you can only have one pet spawned at a time. You must purchase pet access monthly, you will not have access to /mypets if you have not purchased pet access for the month. Pet access and pet slots are per account. Player-owned pets are character-owned, and you cannot spawn them from another character. Pets will despawn when you log off. This feature also allows for LEO factions (PD/SD/DCR) to have K-9 officers to assist with their duties. Faction pets are created by Lead Admins. Faction pets have a limit of 6 pets per law enforcement and fire factions, in total there can be maximum of 3 pets spawned at once. Feature First time pet creation: Step 1: In order to get access to have a pet, you will need to go to Premium Central on the UCP. The cost for pet access is 500 credits. This is a monthly cost. Step 2: Once you have access to create a pet, you will log in game and use /createmypet and go through the prompts. Step 3: You can either utilize the weapon wheel OR utilizing the commands in the chat bar. Spawning in pet after first time: Step 1: Type /mypets Step 2: Select the pet to be spawned Step 3: Either utilize the commands in the chat bar to control your pet OR use the Weapon Wheel. Spawning in a faction pet: Step 1: Type /factionpets Step 2: Select the pet to be spawned Step 3: Either utilize the commands in the chat bar to control your pet OR use the Weapon Wheel. In order to despawn a pet, you can either use the Action Wheel or /pet despawn. Action Wheel Action Wheel can be opened with the default keybind, which is Y, and which you can also reassign to any other keybind, if you're not comfortable using the default keybind. Action Wheel includes pet actions that allows your pet to perform specific actions. Additionally there are also actions for pets, which are legal faction related. You must be on duty in the legal faction in order to access the faction pet actions within the Action Wheel.
