We aim to portray an organization operating as a shadow network under the Sinaloa Cartel's umbrella, the Los Santos cell presents itself as a legitimate business front while coordinating a range of illicit activities, from large-scale drug trafficking and cross-border smuggling to sophisticated money-movement schemes and the exploitation of vulnerable people. Behind closed doors a tight chain of command manages contacts, finances, and coercive enforcement, using secrecy, corruption, and intimidation to protect profits and evade authorities. - Joining the faction is done only in-character and there are no shortcuts. Character development needs to be consistent and handled firmly. To contact the faction leaders, please reach out to @FAYS3L or @Chicken Bargain for any inquiries.

Reassignment I Internal problems within the unit led to a change in his duties, and he was removed from the Gang Enforcement Team. Just a reassignment. He returned to patrol without fanfare, no questions asked. That's the nature of the job. Sometimes you're where you want to be, sometimes you're not, but the job still has to get done. Now, Montclair taking a new role. He was accepted into the Detective Mentorship Program and started as a detective trainee. It's a change of pace slower in some ways, more detailed in others. It's no longer about chasing suspects. Now it's about building cases, understanding personalities, following leads, and getting it right the first time. -

Black Organized Crime in modern day Los Angeles is decentralized - heavily rooted in prison networks, street-gang upper echelons, and out of state DTO's using the city as their stomping grounds. Our faction hosts a wide variety of characters to accurately reflect this. Great attention is placed on fostering long-running storylines that tie every person in the faction together, as well as offer depth to each individual one's portrayal. Membership is open to both new and pre-established African-American characters, queries about joining should be sent to @boris1, @Iamkaciii, or @Gnarp.
