The Notorious Wah Ching gang, which operates in several sets throughout Los Santos, is mostly, though not exclusively, made of Chinese American ethnicity. The gang began in the 1960s as a form of unity to protect each other from rival sets pressing the Chinese American locals and turned to making money through drug trafficking, gambling establishments, and the sales of illicit goods and contraband through connections to Triad associates. As the Wah Chings membership increased over time, internal strife eventually forced them to relocate south to Los Santos, leaving their original city under foreign control. There, they formed a subset called Hong Kong Boys, or HK Boyz (HKB). The gang completely assimilated into the local gang culture during this time embracing its colors, gang signs, fashion, slangs and aliases. A more decentralized structure was the outcome of many Wah Ching sets breaking away from the original hierarchy in the late 1990s due to the increased law enforcement pressure and RICO investigations. The different groups still identified as HK BoyZ in spite of this division, and they mostly kept amicable relations with one another. Although the sub sets still function in a more conventional, disorganized gang fashion, Wah Ching has mostly reorganized today around structed, organized crime activities, still having ties with Triad affiliates. Wah Ching HK BoyZ are known to operate out of Brouge Avenue within East Los Santos, they're often seen loitering outside the corner discount store, car wash or within the parking lot, where they conduct various illegal activities.

I get where you're coming from because when staff had decided to turn back to SAMP instead of Rage, it was the exact same thing that happened. Players joined the team showing solely interest in SAMP and not Rage, this is over a year ago I'm speaking in perspective of, when it first relaunched. Every new member of the staff joined only showing interest in SAMP and not Rage. Soo I understand your point of view from a different observation because, exactly how you are describing how you felt the staff team direction was heading into RAGE over SAMP for the past six months. And I completely agree with you, that it should be divided into two sections, if we're gonna keep both platforms open. End of the day, we've got a community set in two different directions no matter how you look at things. Now from my point of view, the main concern of this topic for the SAMP players is there isn't enough SAMP updates coming out for players to keep interest in LSRP SAMP, because the current Devs are mainly involved in the RAGE side of things, and weren't interested in SAMP to begin with. Yes, a year ago? There was a good few Devs onboard in the team, as well as testers which all arrived solely for SAMP, now for me personally at that time I was disappointed that this wave come only showing interest in SAMP and not trying to help RAGE reform itself, but I understand that people just have their own interest and opinions; soo why pursue them to help out in something they don't want to help out in. Two weeks into SAMP opening it was pretty clear that people who wanted to come in as staff members for SAMP didn't have the drive or commitment to actually overall help the server grow, Devs at that time were pushing out modules to have about five to ten percent of the SAMP dedicated testers not even help with testing the modules, which frustrated those Devs and in turn made them leave; and those testers were eventually as well removed for not helping to commit to the server. Again, this is just my point of view from what I witnessed in my time. Only thing I could really add to try and assist LSRP SAMP is if any of you know a Dev that can code in SAMP and is interested in doing that type of thing, let them know about the concerns and ask them to apply for a position, if you want to help the server out yourself but don't have any coding skills? Apply to become a tester when a committed Dev to SAMP arrives to help them test modules and push out updates regularly.

Lets get prison RP back into motion

This faction aims to portray a realistic environment for white inmates falling under the White Car with various rules and programming. We aim to provide roleplay to all inmates incarcerated within SADCR as well as legal members such as the corrections officers. The goal is to bring roleplay in an environment that in recent years has been neglected and resulted in players AFKing instead of making the most out of roleplay that can be had within the facility. If you're interested in making a lifer character or are eventually incarcerated for any crimes and do wish to get involved in the roleplay please feel free to reach out to me via DMs or on discord.

This thread will follow the Caucasian prison population within Los Santos' facility. The white Car is a group of white inmates whom stick together in prison for protection and affiliation, these cars are usually influenced by prison gangs such as Aryan Brotherhood, Nazi Low Riders and Public Enemy Number 1, although they are not always directly involved in various White Cars within facilities across America.

Mark "Butch" Magor was incarcerated for armed robbery and evading a peace officer, due to the three strike system he's been sentenced to life in SADCR. Mark was nominated by AB members in RHU to be the key holder for the white car within gen pop A1 block. He focuses his time on strengthening the car within the pod and ensuring all white convicts get with the program.
