Ped skins are amazing if you want to make a niche character, something that's likely not a main one but would bring some pretty cool and unique role-play. - as long as the trollish ones are not allowed

I think this would be absolutely amazing. Imagine actually having to look for parking and also give use to garages and supervised parking lots as opposed to just leaving it anywhere or /parking your car. Only problem I can see, like many others, is with lag. It would probably work great at first but what if we get to 200 players online, each with 2-3 vehicles? Or what if we end up having 2000 characters, and all of their vehicles spawned? I don't think it would hurt to try it out and just revert if it's problematic?

I have a HP Pavilion Power 15, hooked up to a keyboard/monitor/mouse/etc. I've done quite a lot to optimize my game as when I first installed GTA V, it was literally unplayable (~10-15 FPS, heavy stuttering on top of the lag, missing textures, slow chat etc). Now I can play normally with quite a few mods. Just basic optimization stuff. The laptop isn't great either, I've had it for almost 4 years now. What I did (and helped tremendously) though was getting an SSD.

Surprised how no one mentioned redux. I've been using it for a while on my not-so-great laptop, barely impacts performance, looks amazing, very vibrant and lively.
