El Corona has always been a stronghold for illicit activity, even during the First World War the area was known for not only its roughness but had a reputation for its high poverty rate although residents knew nothing of what was becoming of the neighborhood before the early 1920s. Residents of El Corona became more and more engrossed in ways that friends would come together and defend the area from gangs that were popping up at the time, gangs that included Big Hazard and White Fence but despite these events, the famous Zoot Suit Riots of the 1940s are what shone light on the 38th Street Gang in a way that would change the course of the gangs actions and reputation within Los Santos forever. The Sleepy Lagoon Murder consisted of multiple teenage 38th Street gang members brutally murdering a young boy by the name of Jose Diaz at a water reservoir which was often visited by gang members. 600 Mexican teenagers all over Los Santos were hauled up by LSPD for the heinous crime although eventually 22 members of the 38th Street Gang including some female affiliates were tried and the event would lead to the single largest mass trial on record in San Andreas.
From 1999 up until around mid 2019, the 38th Street Gangs impact on the southern side of the city was devastating to not only the local residents but to law enforcement alike as new cliques flagging the neighborhood started popping up within the immediate area. The tiny locotes (TLS) were among the first clickas to originate out of the gang all the way back in the 1920s, now in current times there are over 12 different clickas across three different states all flagging for the same cause. In Los Santos, the 38th Street gang holds 6 sets; Tiny Locotes (TLS), Gardenas Locos (GLS), Krazy Katz (KZK), Tiny Winos (TWS), Pee Wee Gangsters (PWGS) & Tiny Diablas (TDS), each set with their own reputations and input on the lives they live. In 2019 a rival gang; Bounty Hunter Bloods (BHB) took their chances and sparked a war which would end up making national news with a body count of over 30 people over the course of a year, Oscar "Blueboy" Huerta along with other original new generation 38th Streeters at the time including Antonio "Shaggy" Merino, Andres "Casper" Artego, Joshua "Bugs" Pena, Owen "Stomper" Nereyo and the famous Dennis "Creeper" Grajeda engaged deep in the war between the two gangs, often plotting on ways to score points and cleanse the 38th Street flats of blacks. After a long and bloody war between two gangs that lasted almost two years, the 38th Streeters eventually managed to push back and take the flats with force which resulted in a mass shootout within the 38th Street car lot.
After taking back control of the flats, another spark ignited only this time it was directed from the Eastside Hustler Crips (EHC). During this time of conflict, the 38th Street Gang were also up against a gang injunction order which made them prone to constant stop and searches and the avoidance of their friends due to the court order; making attacks on rival gangs 10 times as hard.

A store robbery in a mid-high end area where the mentioned individuals plan to hit with guns. The cash register and anything else of worth will be their man target and achievement out of the whole robbery.
While Keyarra handles her role as the getaway driver, Justus, Jabari, and Marcel will perform the whole movement. They will sneak in near to the wall so they won't be seen on the CCTV when she drops the group off in the parking lot, which is not being watched by cameras.
Jabari will be watching the door and the cashier, while Justus will cover the office and the backdoor. Marcel will be in charge of the cashier. When the trio found the safe, they would force the owner to unlock it for them and immediately take off in Keyarra's automobile after looting the money and whatever is found inside of it.

-------------------------------------------------------------I was hanging out with faction members around the circle in Davis Street until we were approached by Xhosa Thompson, a known individual to our faction and characters who is continuously provoking us but we normally ignore it most of the time. Xhosa Thompson was attempting to buy weed from us, but we refused and told her to fuck off. She began running after saying ''Slob Kay'' which is still provoking and we chased her a little further down the street until she went inside a car occupied twice by two OOC masked individuals She informs them that she's being chased by us, and they question us about it, to which we respond. That's when one of them roleplayed hopping out of the vehicle to shoot at us.
Raylon Butler reacted to the roleplay line by pulling out his weapon and firing at them, and he was killed; I tried to flee because I didn't have a weapon at all, but I was shot down to wounded mode. I reported them, which resulted in a forum complaint, but I have some information to provide from our conversation with the handling admin, Accursed. Rudy Padilla said he didn't shoot at us, although he was the one who shot me to death. They've also lied to the administrator about going for warning shots, even though this isn't necessary in this scenario, but it's clear in his roleplay line that they're shooting at us.

What does MOB Piru have to do with me or the faction I'm in? For me, it appears to be blatant-DM if they're shooting at random people because they don't even know who we are or what faction we're with like why would they shoot warnings shots if they had interactions with MOB Piru who shot back at them even though we're not MOB PIRU at all.

Just for clarification but Dominic Padilla was typing his roleplay line before we even reply to them, it shows that they have a P2W, DM mentality and all what they wanted to do is shoot others. I will show their POV in the evidence below.

I'm curious as to why a group with such a small amount of members would receive such a large number of weapons in one single shipment from whatever faction without any development being made on their thread like their whole roleplay on their thread it's either showcasing a weapon or robbing someone. It truly makes me think that there's something wrong or if there is some sort of metagaming.

It is a bit challenging how it is right now and I like how the illegal scene is going with the current economy system and people need to work their asses off to run their factions and bring items to it, I am sure there can be a lot of other jobs in the future that can be fun and involves roleplay in it, not only driving around farming money.
Give it some time, the server is just starting and this is actually perfect to be honest.

All recruitment as you can imagine will be done In Character and you will be expected to not break any rules, be respectful and dedicated to the faction and your character in it. We understand that not everybody is an expert on gang roleplay and specifically Sureño roleplay but we are an open path for you to learn. We expect you to accept constructive criticism if it's being given to you and for you to engrave your own development path in the faction. The aim of our faction is to create a realistic sureño environment in El Corona.
We don't want this to lean towards being a generic faction so we will have our own personal twist. If you've found the thread interesting and want to participate and join us on this journey then we expect you to know that you will have to develop a character and focus on bringing out the realism aspect in the environment.
