I'm always hesitant to post on these types of threads because the topic always gets derailed and people start bashing one another when that's not what it's about. To keep it short and simple I think we need to currently not look at drawing more people onto the server and figure out how we can keep the current playerbase. Now I know it's peaking at around 100-175 players during the weekend and sitting at around 100-120 during the week. This is no where near where I as a member of this community would like to see it but that's how it is right now. I don't want to knock the staff team because at the end of the day they're volunteers, right? They have lives, and dedicate time to keep this community fun and engaging. But that doesn't mean they can't be held accountable for things and the same goes for the community. Now how do we even go about doing that? I don't know if I'm being honest, that's why it needs to be a discussion and staff should be engaging in this topic. Not going back and forth about a instance somebody had or just popping in to shell out warnings. Engage with the community, lets have a discussion on why people don't log on and roleplay. What are the real root problems and how can we fix them?
