what is the most " viral " way to edit rp screens these days?
Aberdeen replied to Peckerwood69's topic in General Discussions
Your screens look fine but why should you hold my opinion (or anyone's, for that matter) in such high regard? Do you enjoy your roleplay? Do you feel like you're developing your character in a realistic manner? Do you even enjoy making and posting screens documenting your RP? These are the questions you should be asking yourself. Blaze your own trail. It's really not that deep. -
Out of character information This faction is the latest in LS-RP's Eurasian OC continuum, of which numerous prominent official and unofficial factions have been a part. Armenian Power acts as street-level enforcers for both the Los Santos-based Eurasian organized crime interests – better known as the “Russian mafiya” – as well as the prison-based Mexican Mafia (“Eme”) and their Sureño counterparts. While the group does share many aesthetic similarities with L.A. cholo culture, operationally they are much more diverse, with transnational connections stretching half way across the world thanks to the diaspora of the former Soviet Union, and are typically more involved in white-collar crimes than Hispanic gangs. At the time of writing, this faction sits under the authority of LS thief-in-law Marat Gusarov and his brigada but operates with the autonomy of a familiar West Coast street gang. CK permissions will be assumed by your posting in this thread or via Discord. 3 Gang Members Sentenced Following Retaliation Stabbing JUN/12/2017 LOS SANTOS — Three members of an East Vinewood street gang were sentenced to a combined 25 years for their roles in the 2016 stabbing of Bloods-affiliated gang rival Treyvaun Pope after the latter allegedly partially blinded one of the attackers in a previous assault. In separate hearings, US District Judge Randall Archuleta sentenced Soghomon Yeghoyan, 21, a/k/a "AP Pirate", of East Vinewood to 10 years in federal prison and ordered to pay $21,395 in restitution. Judge Archuleta also sentenced Robert Grigoryan, 20, of East Vinewood to 8 years in federal prison and ordered to pay $8,038 in restitution. Finally, Matous Garabedian, 22, a/k/a "AP Rapid", of Temple to 7 years in federal prison and ordered to pay $7,248 in restitution. Yeghoyan, Grigoryan, and Garabedian – all members of the East Vinewood-based Armenian Power (AP13) street gang – all pleaded guilty to one count of assault with a deadly weapon as well as breach of the peace. The harsh sentencing reflects the current Los Santos Mayor Jonathan Schrader's tough-on-crime, pro-police stance for which he won re-election into his second term earlier this year. In response to the sentencing, Mayor Schrader commented: "The sentencing of these individuals shows the need now, more than ever, for us to support our brave law enforcement officers in their selfless struggle to stamp out violence in our streets, whether committed against civilians or other criminals."

Can we return to the Golden Age of LSRP?

You already know what the problem is and how to solve it, you just have no power to. The fight was lost the moment that player attempts to regulate bad roleplay were labelled as "toxic". You either learn to accept and avoid the fedora-toting mallrats that run the economy and find your niche or crash out trying. I don't believe that those steering the ship have had much of a passion for or really any understanding of the tenets of roleplay for years now, even preceding the server's relaunch. While it's great to see there's still a concerted effort to keep the server alive through incremental updates, those of us who are here stay for lack of any viable alternative and not because we love what it has become. We're still making the same complaints we were 10 years ago, just more so because of the smaller player base, and will continue to do so until we get tired of the circus of illiterate, ChatGPT-reliant drones and DM squads hiding behind the guise of "gritty" street gangs... or something changes. I'll let you figure out which of those outcomes is more likely. To paraphrase what I said in Busato's thread a few months back: enjoy the ride while it lasts. -
This is the greatest character development thread of all time.
