    Reinstall your GTA (in a new folder). Do NOT add any mods to it. Disable your antivirus/firewall. Possibly install the cache and directly drop it inside of the appropriate folder instead of downloading it in-game.

    The server is not confined to the Idlewood area, and certainly no one is forced to roleplay with people who do not know the ABCs of roleplay. The server was only opened a week ago -- let's give the staff some time to figure out how to work things out, and please let's not come to any hasty conclusions or snap judgments.
