Initially formed as a splinter group from the Aryan Brotherhood, the NLR quickly established itself as a formidable force characterized by its violent tactics and organized operations. They became heavily involved in activities such as drug trafficking, extortion, and maintaining order both behind bars and in the streets. In the urban landscape of Los Santos, the Nazi Lowriders operate under a stringent code that emphasizes loyalty, discipline, and an unwavering sense of racial pride. The membership primarily consists of young, white males, many of whom come from backgrounds associated with street gangs, motorcycle clubs, or have been indoctrinated into white supremacist ideologies. Unlike the chaotic and openly aggressive image typically associated with skinhead groups, the NLR adopts a more calculated approach while still fostering strong connections with white supremacist circles. They often serve as a recruitment pipeline for the Aryan Brotherhood, nurturing fresh blood to sustain their violent legacy and expanding their influence within the racially charged undercurrents of Los Santos.
