Request Change of Ownership

[Los Santos Roleplay]

 If you would like to change ownership of your property between yourself and your company, you may request to do so here.

 

Requirements:

• Your property must be owned by either you, or a company entity that you are the owner of
• Your property must not be a business property (players cannot own businesses)

 

Examples of why you may wish to do this:

• You would like to transfer your own apartment to the company to use as an office
• You would like to use your house's garage as a company garage

 

Note that transferring from company to player requires a good reason and justification on how the player could afford to buy the property from the company. Even if it is your own company, for tax reasons you would not be able to just transfer ownership.
