Request a Company Property

If you require a new property for your company, you may request one under specific circumstances. Note that this should be a request for non-business properties for an existing company - you should refer to Business Leasing Information if you would like to apply for a new business for your company.

 

The requirements are:

• You own a company already
• Your character has the means to purchase another property on behalf of your company

 

As you will be given an additional property, you will be required to pay a one-time fee of $7500 to replicate the financial hit of buying a second property. The property must be used for your existing company.

 

Examples of what you may use a non-business property for:

• Company HQ office
• Distribution centres (warehouses, etc)
• Garages to store company vehicles

 

You can find available interiors below. The reviewing Property Management Team member has full discretion over whether or not your chosen interior fits the exterior.
