Numerous nine-one-one calls have been on the rise around the Roy Lowenstien Boulevard area regarding affiliates' crime and their actions. With units responding to crimes such as armed robberies, attempted murder, and trafficking.

Police are on the rise as the small groups of African American males are scattered on the corners, and by the scrap yard. Police investigation shows that the affiliates are blood gang members, mainly in their youth. Detective **** stated that, "the gangs on-goings are unknown, what we do know is that they are ruthless, and violent. With teenagers at the early age of twelve holding firearms. If there's any suspicious activity around the area, we urge you to contact the LSPD immediately.

Local neighbours and residents are complaining on the rise of 'drug fiends' re-appearing in and out of local homes and buying from males on the street. A resident, who wished not to be named for their own safety, claimed he saw African American males posting up on the corner of Roy Lowenstien Boulevard and passing concealed brown bags to local addicts, ranging from marijuana and crack cocaine, to other class A drugs.
