ROZE company I feel like offers a descent pay for legal jobs. Once you get your first 100k put it in savings and NEVER log out and rack hours.

Do legal jobs, grind trucking and stack mechanic paychecks.

Well, to be direct with you, I would recommend focusing on creativity. If you manage to bring something original to the table, I'm sure most people will value it, creativity is always appreciated. To echo what others have already mentioned in this thread, I’d say many of the ideas feel overused given the current player-base. 'Real estate flipping' honestly, it feels dead to me. Working for a company? Sure, it can be worthwhile, but the question is do you actually want to pursue a legal character?

So again, like I said, it mostly comes down to the type of character you want to build and your creativity focusing solely on money is pointless. Want to buy an apartment for your character? That can be acquired through the Commerce and Estate team via a forum PM. Want to own a business? It can be leased. The server already provides most of the things money would typically buy, for everyone.

My view is, focus on having fun and the money will come too it's all about having fun.

Will agree with  Femto here. Money should not be your focus. But enjoy the game.  Be creative engage in roleplaying. 
Money will eventually just come in without you even thinking about it. ( think about interest or savings) 
Also ask yourself does your character need a lot of money?

Take my character for example: She is a firefighter. So technically speaking she should earn a mid class income. 
To portray said character, I am not going to buy sports car or penthouses. Despite the money I have on this character would allow me to buy a couple nice things.
IC it won't make sense however.  

Or if you were to roleplay a character with a background of growing up in the hood? Most likely they will not end up very rich. There is no shame in not being rich.
Embrace your character concept and portray their logical wealth. Not everyone should drive luxurieus cars or own a house in the hills.
